Automatic Functioning
Be Here Now.
Who am I?
Ramana Maharshi asks the question.
What am I?
Swami Nitty-Gritty asks the question.
<>
“Who” can’t Be Here Now.
“What” is always Here Now.
<>
According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …
“I’ve been through many teachers — love them all — but I had to leave them all behind to discover WHAT is.”
<>
According to Milton H. Erickson (The Collected Papers of Milton H. Erickson, 1980) …
“… a stenographer was told in the trance state that for the next week while taking dictation she would change pencils on the 320th word, the 550th word, and the 725th word. These instructions limited the posthypnotic act to a very small aspect of the total task. During that time she took dictation from three psychiatrists, each of whom noticed the phrases at which she changed pencils. Despite the fact that she used many combined word phrases (symbols containing two or more words) it was discovered by count later that she approximated the correct number closely, never exceeding an error of 10 and averaging an error of three words.”

“Who” gets sick … often.
“What” never gets sick.
Illness can’t Be Here Now.
<>
René Daumal (“The First Step,” Gurdjieff: Essays and Reflections on the Man and His Teaching, 1992, 1996) wrote …
“A man wakes up in the morning in his bed. Scarcely has he gotten up than he has already fallen asleep again: in giving himself over to all his automatic functioning which makes his body get dressed, go out, walk, go to work, busy itself with the daily schedule, eat, chatter, read a newspaper — because it is usually the body on its own which does all this. In doing these things, he sleeps. To awaken he would have to think ‘all this agitation is outside myself.’ He would need an act of reflection. But if this act sets off further automatic functionings in him, those of memory, of reasoning with himself, he will continue to pretend that he is still thinking, whereas in fact he has once more fallen asleep. In this way he can spend whole days without waking up for a single moment. Think only of that in the midst of a crowd and you will see yourself surrounded by a sleepwalking throng.”

Almost everyone in the world has swallowed the Blue Pill.
Who are the most convinced that they haven’t swallowed the Blue Pill?
It’s those who think they swallowed the Red Pill.
Body Dowsing proves this in case after case after case.
Folks who think some THING is the matter with them are under the spell of the Blue Pill.

Re: Mushrooms at noon? I thought this was an evening food.
Harvest or activate a food one Growth Period before its Growth Period time.
Mushrooms are best picked at Growth Period 2 Time and eaten at Growth Period 3 Time.
This way the minerals are utilized by the EATER instead of by the EATEN.
