What’s worse than docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acids (DHA and EPA) from fish? …

docosahexaenoic and eicosapentaenoic acids from gene-spliced algae.

99 percent of algal omega-3 fatty acids are Franken-algae — manufactured by gene splicing and radiation.

One giant multinational biotechnology corporation controls 80 percent of the U.S. market.

Some of their omega-3’s contain genes from human blood — the percentage is only known to the aforementioned manufacturer.

Infants are prime targets for gene-spliced algal DHA and EPA.

Biotech omega-3’s are in many “organic” food products.

Since when is a biotech product lawfully organic?

The U.S. government proclaimed it so. Don’t you feel safer already?

DHA is even on the GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) List, meaning it doesn’t have to be listed on the label.

According to the aforementioned giant multinational biotechnology corporation that sells said Franken-algae DHA …

“Algae-derived DHA is approved for infant formulas and already is found in many applications, including fruit juices, milk, soy milk, cooking oil, sauces and tortillas.”

The FDA’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition approved DHA for the GRAS List DESPITE COMMENTING …

“In a letter dated March 1, 2001, CFSAN explained that the delay in its response to your GRAS notice was related to broader issues than those related to your notice and described specific scientific concerns related to the use of infant formulas containing long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPUFAs) such as the fatty acids ARA and DHA. As we explained in our March 1 letter, some publications and panel reports, which considered multiple sources of ARA and DHA (e.g, sources such as fish oil and egg phospholipid), have questioned the scientific adequacy of data to support the use of LCPUFAs in infant formula. In addition, some studies have reported unexpected deaths among infants who consumed formula supplemented with LCPUFAs. These unexpected deaths were attributed to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS), sepsis or necrotizing enterocolitis. Also, some studies have reported adverse events and other morbidities including diarrhea, flatulence, jaundice, and apnea in infants fed LCPUFAs. In addition, CFSAN noted that your notice had not accounted for the fact that the bioactive fatty acids ARA and DHA when consumed in mature human milk are part of a complex matrix that includes, for example, linoleic acid, alpha-linolenic acid, and other polyunsaturated fatty acids and that important physiologic considerations relative to the matrix are not accounted for by the simple addition of LCPUFAs to infant formula.”

Don’t you feel safer already?

I was laughed at when I was FOR saturated fats and cholesterol back in 1982.

Now I’m AGAINST marine omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), and I’m the ODD MAN OUT again.

I explain WHY in my e-book Yellow Fat Disease …

Is nirvkalpa samadhi the same as the Buddhist’s ‘stream entry’?

    • May 15, 2016 @ 4:27 pm Atom

They seem to have much in common … except in an ongoing state of Nirvikalpa Samadhi it wouldn’t matter what kind of body or karma one would be born into because the body would be like a character in a video game and the karma would be the game ignored while being played because the outcome was predetermined.

Most people lose interest after reading the final page of a novel, especially if it’s a thriller like Maya on planet Earth.

I have a feeling like that now, but feel like I could easily be mixing up an unhelpful negative psychological disorder like psychosis/DID/depersonalisation? !

        • May 18, 2016 @ 4:31 pm Atom

INTENT and open-mindedness will guide you through the worst of the negative psychological smokescreen.

My understanding is that it’s possible to reach self-realization by oneself, but impossible to reach God-realization without a Teacher (an escapee from The Matrix to prove to us that something really does exist OUTSIDE of it).

“The karma you were born into”

So that f you achieve nirvkalpa samadhi, that skill/acquisition carries through to the next body?

Also how are the Buddhist a saying there’s no soul, yet they beleive in reincarnation? Aren’t the two basically synonyms?!

‘Beware of Maya’ ..George Harrison from the song Beware of Darkness, All things Must Pass album. Maya is referenced multiple times in Paramhansa Yogananda’s Autobiography of a Yogi.
A great inspirational read no matter ones beliefs btw…

Yogananda was Swami Nitty-Gritty’s Main Man.
