Body Dowsing Feet & Neck

Shirley (not her real name) had two major stresses in her life.

Weekly Body Dowsing sessions monitored both of them.

Typically, I’d “figure eight” Shirley’s feet a few times, and say, “What’s going on with your husband?”

“How can you tell that!” Shirley would exclaim

Or, the next week, I’d say, “What’s going on with your boss?”

Shirley had a female department manager at work.

When people have Cognitive Shocks involving a man, their neck often turns AWAY from the left side of their body.

When Cognitive Shocks involve a woman, the opposite happens.

I’m fond of saying, “If you’re going to be traumatized, it’s better to be traumatized by a man AND a woman. That way you won’t have to see a chiropractor.”

I taught Shirley the rudiments of Tantrum Yoga and flipping the bird, and it became more difficult to pinpoint her Cognitive Shocks.

Originally, it took me mere seconds to find out about her husband or boss.

As the weeks passed, it took me at least ten or fifteen minutes to “find” them in Shirley’s Body Language.

Curiously, Shirley seemed to alternate back and forth between these two polarities of trauma.

Her husband was still rude, and her boss was still domineering, but Shirley gained skills to deal with them.

She also learned techniques to “vent” and “blow off steam.”

Western “culture” confines the MIND to the brain, preventing us from colonizing the rest of our body, let alone colonizing the rest of biology, geography, and history.

    Hello At-OM,
In which of your books do you elaborate on Tantrum Yoga and flipping the bird? (I googled them both, with results for the first, but none for “flipping the bird”!)

I desperately need (techniques to “vent” and “blow off steam.”) …. what? where? when? please I need much more than color recycling :'(

Please discuss in your coming show on ORN.

    Hugs & Love from Sydney

Tantrums are different for different people.

It’s all about “letting loose” while screaming, yelling, or wailing.

Breaking material objects can help, as long as you and/or other people won’t be missing what you broke after the tirade.
