Re: What can be done for edema in the legs?
The key to edema comes from the science of plumbing, and its laws of gravity and pressure.
Hydraulics (lymph and blood pressurization) is moved by pneumatics (breath and gravity pressurization).
Yawning (breath) and stretching (mechanical force) eliminate edema.
Vents (mouth and anus) allow inflow and outflow.
Traps (joints) force liquid outflow while preventing gaseous inflow.
Stretching and rotating the ankles are especially effective for edema of the lower legs.
Move as many joint articulations as possible for best results.
Carson Dunlap (Plumbing, 2003) wrote …
“The venting system should allow air to escape through the vent system so waste can move through the pipes. Vents should also allow air to be drawn in to prevent a vacuum from forming. We don’t want vacuums to form because we don’t want the water to be siphoned out of traps. Some people think of venting systems as trap protectors. Venting also allows sewer gases to escape outdoors rather than fight their way through the water seal and into the house.”

The question doctors don’t ask about cholesterol is what makes it migrate out of the cell where it belongs, and into the blood where it doesn’t belong.
It’s not about lowering cholesterol; it’s about moving cholesterol.
Location is everything, as realtors remind us.
Cholesterol is a product of the Fourth Period of the Elements – our Cosmic Assigned Housing Program.
Cholesterol is manufactured by many cells in the body, not just the liver.
