The Breathless Diamond Body

Re: Does mastery over breathing play a part in developing the Diamond Body?

Yes, the Breathless State is essential to its creation.

But just because someone can hold their breath for forty days — like at least one documented case in India — doesn’t guarantee a Diamond Body.

<>

Actually, most people are afraid of the Diamond Body.

Western culture teaches us that it’s immoral to be immortal — unless we do it by dying first without any say in the matter.

If you doubt it, check out all the flak Aubrey de Grey sustains for just wanting to lengthen lifespan by a measly hundred years or so.

<>

Western mythology only allows for nefarious creatures like vampires and werewolves to achieve immortality.

And they must be killed for the deed.

In the West, you have to sell your soul to stick around forever, as in the case of Dorian Gray.

<>

As for New Age longevity “experts,” the majority are long on theory and short on results.

These days, whenever a holistic healer or longevity guru dies, their apologists claim they were murdered.

<>

Liu Hua-yang (The Book of Consciousness and Life, 1794) wrote …

“If thou wouldst complete the Diamond Body with no outflowing,

“Diligently heat the roots of consciousness and life.

Kindle light in the blessed country ever close at hand,

“And there hidden, let thy true self always dwell.”

<>

Translators usually don’t take the Diamond Body literally (or seriously).

They confuse it with the Subtle Body.

Their version of alchemy is psychological, not physiological.

Others know the truth, including Swami Nitty-Gritty.

<>

By the way, in the translation above, consciousness is to be united with life.

In Christianity, consciousness is the Tree of Knowledge and life is the Tree of Life.

In Yoga, consciousness is the left brain and life is the right brain.

<>

According to Swami Satchidananda …

“When you breathe heavily, you waste a lot of energy.”

<>

It takes excess energy to transmute a Graphite Body into a Diamond Body, so breathing technology is a given.

Meditation and Living On Time (or at least Living In Time) are also important.

Disappointing to the Western mind (I initially rebelled against it), Structural Realization requires a QUALIFIED TEACHER — at the very least, a Seventeen-Element Man, compared to the ordinary Sixteen-Element Man.

<>

Being an ordinary Sixteen-Element Man, all I can do is teach folks the preliminaries — how to resolve the Cognitive Shocks that prevent Structural Realization.

I’m a Bio-Reflex Technician, and Body Dowsing is the most important tool in my Technology Toolbox.

Body Dowsing (Mind Reading For the Millions) is the ultimate Do It Yourself resource.

No more “expert” (out of pertinence) overreach …

“Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.”

<>

Back to breathing …

Oxygen is toxic to all cells, and must be regulated by carbon dioxide.

Oxygen doesn’t “cause” us to breathe. Carbon dioxide does.

The ability to hold one’s breath for fifteen minutes is a minimum requirement for a Swami.

It takes one hour to be a Paramahansa, two hours to be a Siddhi, 12 hours to be an Ascended Master, and 24 hours to be a Manifest Master.

<>

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“When inhalation meets exhalation, brain power increases. Yogis call it samadhi.”

“The inhalation-contraction breath works at the atomic level, breaking an atom of oxygen in your spine.”

“The greater the lung power, the greater the brain power. Brain power is increased when breath enters this particular state of neutrality known as samadhi, the breathless state, hibernation, or suspended animation.”

“The nostrils are equal during samadhi or death.”

“Savikalpa Samadhi is sedation. Nirvikalpa Samadhi is health. Gopal told Arjuna to stand up and fight.”

“Carbon dioxide controls death and eternal functioning.”

“The regulatory control of the retention and dissipation of carbon dioxide is for the physical immortality of the cells.”

“The breath of life is the conscious vital function of a living organism.”

“You see, breath-free is not an accomplishment to God because he’s already living in a breath-free state himself. So he needs to make a what? A manifestation. The moment he’s going to make a manifestation, he’s got to give it breath to live, so he doesn’t enjoy breath-free organisms. He’ll enjoy breathing organisms, and he’ll enjoy breathless organisms more.”

“There is always a little unfinished business or karma left over. We are organisms that live for tomorrow. You must live now or fifty years from now in another body. Futuristic confrontations form the basis of all attachment and suffering. The dream state is a reservoir of unfinished dreams in terms of geometry and the association plane. Delta is the dreamless state — all geometry disappears.”

“Breath-free, you didn’t make it. If you breathe and you master breathless, you’re hanging around a long time.”

“All that we have is the breath of life. Live to live.”

“Anybody who talks to you will live with the illusion that his mind is eternal. Mind is a condition of sonics within a framework of gas.”

“Idea and inspiration are brain activity from a diseased organ. Knowing is atomic integration.”

    According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …

“A meditator should be able to listen intensely enough to hear the spinal fluid’s movement. The calcium in the spinal fluid produces music like a keyboard as it travels up and down the vertebrae. Directing breathing into the spine causes a thermocouple reaction in body air conditioning.”

Hello Atom! When you say, “consciousness is to be united with life”, is this meaning to say “live in the now”, or something else?

When you say, “…at the very least, a Seventeen-Element Man, compared to the ordinary Sixteen-Element Man”, what is that describing?

When Adano says, “A meditator should be able to listen intensely enough to hear the spinal fluid’s movement. The calcium in the spinal fluid produces music like a keyboard as it travels up and down the vertebrae”, how would one develop the ability to hear things like this going on in the body?

    According to Swami Nitty-Gritty …

“Don’t cook potatoes in aluminum foil. When you use foil, you are steaming [not baking] the potato. The potato’s porosity is increased by steaming, and it absorbs the aluminum oxide from the foil.”

Body Dowsing (Mind Reading For the Millions) can tell “Who’s the Matter With You.”

What are all the books in the world compared to fifteen minutes of Body Dowsing? (at least when it comes to health and human potential).

A single Brazil nut can contain up to 544 micrograms of selenium.

    Grains and rice contain selenium.

Be cautious when supplementing with selenium.

The Tolerable Upper Intake is 400 micrograms.

Excess selenium can cause nerve damage and other problems.

Wow!!! I organically experienced what’s been described here as part of a so called Near Death Experience 18 years ago this week. How sweet is to find this material now… Thank you!

    two questions
    1) Nightshade. Do you go for them or walk circles around nightshade fruits like peppers and cooked tomato. It causes some people to nap or at least a strong urge to.
    2) Is a nap mid day good for the diamond body or is a pandiculation or another breathing technique preferred for use of the carbon dioxide? Would you sleep midday if so inclined?

    • July 30, 2017 @ 2:36 pm Atom

      1) I eat most of the available nightshade food, include wolfberries (goji berries).

I eat them either vine-ripened or cooked (and time-relevant).

      2) I occasionally nap at Small Intestine Time, the “Siesta Time” of the day (although it’s best to nap in a recliner chair during daylight hours.

The translation you offered above consciousness is to be united with life…works for me Atom. My Teacher guides me, Soul, (also known as consciousness) to become the ECK, a word for Divine Spirit, (also known as life).

Cool Beans…love the post and you, my friend.

Thank you, Patrick. “May the long time sun shine upon you; all love surround you.”
