Burn, Baby, Burn (Oxygen)
How do you detoxify your body?
Let your thyroid gland take out the trash.
Keep it burning as hot as a fox in a forest fire.
Well, maybe not that hot.

According to Broda O. Barnes, M.D. …
“It’s impossible to overemphasize the importance of the thyroid, a small, butterfly-shaped gland located in the neck and weighing less than an ounce.”
<>
How did doctors treat hypothyroidism a hundred years ago?
Many clinicians advised their patients to eat two boiled sheep’s thyroid glands a day.
Or the glands were chopped up and given by enema.

Charles Eucharist de Medicis Sajous, M.D. (1852-1929) wrote …
“The thyroid and parathyroids, in the light of my researches, play an important role closely related to that of the adrenals. The purpose of their secretions, acting jointly, is to increase the vulnerability or sensitiveness of all tissues, waste-products, bacteria, etc., to oxidation, by enhancing directly the inflammability of their phosphorus. In other words, it causes all these bodies to burn faster under the action of the oxygen-laden adrenal product, the albuminous haemoglobin. The efficiency of the latter, and the activity of metabolism in all tissues, is thus dependent in a great measure upon the presence of thyroid secretion of the blood. Important in this connection are the facts that owing to their high content of phosphorus, all nervous elements, including the nerve-centers, are especially sensitized by thyroid extract, and that their functional activity is correspondingly enhanced. The adrenal centers being subject to this action as all other centers, the thyroid secretion activates metabolism in two ways: (1) by increasing the inflammability of all cells, and (2) by exciting the governing center of general metabolism, that of the adrenals.”

The thyroid gland and adrenals are two-thirds of the Triple Heater Meridian.
<>
According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …
“The thyroid maintains volitional control with the nitrogen. It’s a thermostat regulating heat in three phases.”

Swami Nitty-Gritty advised wearing specific colors on specific days of the week for ongoing mental hygiene and clearing traumas.
This calibrates the social week and the biological week.
1) Wear red on Monday
2) Wear orange on Tuesday
3) Wear yellow on Wednesday
4) Wear green on Thursday
5) Wear blue on Friday
6) Wear indigo, purple, violet, or black on Saturday
7) Wear white on Sunday

Atom, Your Ebook regarding the concept of an allergy; could you talk more on the concept of sneezing as it relates to becoming allergic to foods from the mouth. In your opinion, is a sneeze related to the saturation point of the volition of food? Or is it just the sweet spot of that food acting within your system at that moment in time/space/temprature. Am I way off the mark on this?

According to Swami Nitty-Gritty, “Between the nose, the stomach, and the asshole, the nose will take priority.”
The nose is nothing but an afterthought in anatomy/physiology books, yet it’s a complicated multi-functional organ.
It’s a defense system, a transformer, a radar unit, an atomic clock, and more.
It’s sensitive to chemistry, UV light, infrared light, barometric pressure, etc.
It’s also the “sweet spot” you mention. :-D
