The Circulation-Sex (Pericardium) Meridian is at Flood Tide between 7:00-9:00 p.m.

The Circulation-Sex Meridian is at Half Tide (on the way out) between 1:00-3:00 a.m. (6 hours and 90 degrees later).

The Circulation-Sex Meridian is at Ebb Tide between 7:00-9:00 a.m. (12 hours and 180 degrees later).

The Circulation-Sex Meridian is at Half Tide (on the way in) between 1:00-3:00 p.m. (18 hours and 270 degrees later).

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“Meditation at Pericardium Time leads to a bigger appetite. You don’t get upset easily, and you desire to read and research. British diplomats use 7:00 p.m. to make other diplomats make concessions.”

“Next time you split up, say, ‘I wish you your highest good, which may or may not be a kick in the ass.’ Otherwise, you’ll separate the pericardium from the heart.”

“Pressure in the chest at Pericardium Time is released by communication or massage.”

“The xiphoid process is a pericardium reflex.”

“Cesium prevents the separation of the pericardium from the heart — broken heart syndrome. Take cesium to prevent calcium deposits. It’s for the elasticity of the pericardium to the heart.”

“Cesium is in sunflower seeds. Pineapple is high in cesium.”

“Take scandium for the throat, lungs, and pericardium. Scandium is found in watercress.”

“Take damiana for the pericardium.”

“Fluorine is in the Circulation-Sex Meridian. It’s a refrigerant.”

Body Dowsing allows the body to say, “Howdy! I’ve got one heck of a story to tell you!

“You don’t have to speculate any more because you’re talking directly to me now with no intermediaries or translators in between.

“And you’re not asking my close companion the mind due to his fondness for tall tales.

      Hi Atom,
is around 6pm the best time to do work on your teeth eg. blotting brushing ?

Blotting is best done before meals, twice a day. Before breakfast and dinner is best.

Nutritional therapy is best at Kidney Time, especially during its second hour (its elimination phase).
