“Good white teeth generally accompany a normal thyroid secretion. A hypersecretion of the pituitary sometimes leads to very large and separated incisors. Insufficient secretion from the sexual glands is generally associated with small lateral incisors, and adrenal hypersecretion makes for large sharp canines. Here again light can probably influence the shape, the color and the regularity of tooth eruption by influencing the balance of the internal secretions.”

Bioenergetic stretches help relieve tension in my chest and upper back that i believe to be trauma. I have been working through rounded shoulders, tight hips and a tight belly. When doing bioenergetic stretches on my homemade bioenergetics stool my jaw will tend to lock up and be painful. Its something ive dealt with for years as a child, and now it seems when i stretch my cervical spine straight and breath deeply (with jaw as open as possible) it makes my jaw act up and sometimes it gets sore for a the day after. What do you think? Just stagnated energy or clearing a trauma?

Hello Atom
I know about 80% raw, 20% cooked diet, but what about for winter? Would cooked foods (soups, baked roots, pasta) be more seasonally appropiate?

Hi Atom,
“Eat carbon for the liver” – what foods would these be ?
“Take malic acid and coffee to cleanse the colon” – what is the drink mix and at what time ?
Are there any documents that explain the differences etc. between all these Flood, Half, Ebb tides ?

Target the jaw by doing bioenergetics exercises that involve the elbows, knees, and especially the colon flexures.
Locating the trauma with Body Dowsing makes this process quicker and slicker. :)

Cooked foods are definitely more appropriate for winters and for people living in cold climates, and also for people wishing to gain weight.

Re: “Eat carbon for the liver†– what foods would these be?
Foods high in glucose, sucrose, and fructose. For example, a tomato contains approximates 3,200 milligrams of sugar, and its potassium acts like insulin.
Re: “Take malic acid and coffee to cleanse the colon†– what is the drink mix and at what time?
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon is an ideal time.

Butterflies Need No Taxidermist has all this information for those who use the “Find” function on their computer.

Hi Atom – What to you think about carob powder, would it work as a substitute
for the coco in the cobalamin tonic? Would it have a negative estrogenic effect on men?
August 7, 2015 @ 4:45 pm Atom
Add one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to every 8-ounce cup of coffee for the Malic Acid Cocktail. :)

Second runner-up for a hormone booster rocket is carob powder stirred into a mixture of tamarind paste and maple syrup, best during Stomach Time.
Third runner-up is an ume plum by itself, best during either Stomach Time or at Midnight (the middle of Gall Bladder Time).

Greetings!
You mentioned above that the liver like foods high in glucose, sucrose, and fructose. Does that include zone 1 fruit and zone 2 fruit (e.g. berries and grapes?) Thanks
