Chocolate is the food we should take in spleen time, if I remember good, but…
I have such cravings for dark chocolate after my lunch (somewhere between 1-2:30 pm). I can have any type of dessert after lunch, but if it is not chocolate I’m wild :)
Is there some kind of trauma, drama, something connected with chocolate and spleen maybe?
I know I’m addicted and I plan to stop… but just fooling myself.

The spleen-pancreas complex has to do with how we think we’re doing in life. High blood sugar is about being “soured off” about something in our life, and low blood sugar is about “not measuring up.”
The Spleen-Pancreas Meridian is about differentiation, something we all need, yet too much of it without a counterbalancing of commonality (we’re all in the same boat) can result in blood sugar issues.
My advice is eat On Time ~around~ the chocolate until the habit is subsumed into the general time schedule. That’s what I did with my addiction to bananas and half-and-half (half milk, half cream) at 11:00 p.m. (the onset of Gall Bladder Time).
I ate around my addiction till it went away on its own. :)

greetings!
From a Law of Similars standpoint – what sort of foods help the pancreas?
Walnuts help the brain, kidney beans help the kidneys etc.
Thanks

Cauliflower and foods with a similar surface consistency.
