The Three Heaters are the hypothalamus, thyroid, and adrenals.
Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …
“The thyroid maintains volitional control with the nitrogen. It is a thermostat regulating heat in three phases.”
“The thyroid takes preference over the thymus. The thyroid is the primary coil, and the thymus is the secondary coil.”
“The heart is the fuel pump and the thyroid is the spark plug.”
“The gall bladder protects the thyroid from the liver backing up.”
“Triple Heater Time is the best time for swimming. Swimming and free-form dancing are the best exercises.”
“Triple Heater Time is rebellion time. This is the time to put the kid to bed.”
“Take bitter olives to deactivate thyroxine, and bitter melon to deactivate the adrenals.”
“The Incorruptibles are iodine, silicon, lead, and carbon. Lead is in the thyroid range.”
“Take iodine for the thyroid and will power — also, iron and nitrogen.”
“Take manganese for the thyroid — ‘Thy will be done.'”

“Physiology as the science of actual life cannot dispense with the investigation of the past. This claim is met by the study of the Mneme, which in the organic world links the past and present in a living bond.†— Richard Wolfgang Semon

Why is Triple Heater Time the best time for swimming ?

The body tends to overheat at Triple Heater Time. The brain too, making this a bad time for “hot heads.”
Water cools off the Triple Heater Meridian.
Plus, swimming underwater activates CO2 better than the Buteyko method of breathing.
CO2 is a refrigerant.
