Controlling Your Gall Bladder
Re: Some forms of therapy link challenges to gallbladder health to emotional issues like “anger over territorial conflicts”, such as disputes over having control in how things are done at home, who is really “in charge” at work, or a chronic battle with neighbors over an annoying noise maker in the neighborhood. What are some ways people experiencing this type of anger can learn to really let it go and release any attachment to “territory” without ending up with the trauma of feeling “abandoned” or “homeless”?

The gall bladder loves to cheer and jeer loud enough to rattle the pitcher at a ball game.

What do you do for your gall bladder before you get control?
Shouting or screaming are beneficial to the gall bladder, especially when combined with a punching and kicking.

It starts in the lower abdomen, and resonates throughout the body.
The Primal Scream is closer to a terrified shriek than an attacking shout.
Perhaps it services the urinary bladder as much or more than the gall bladder.

Since I started eating solar – I started being more hopeful, optimist and becoming more crystal clear with regards to my future.
2) “What do you do for your gall bladder before you get control?

So, shouting or screaming can be therapeutic for the gallbladder?

Push the envelope … a little at a time.
I was given the following five exercises to do in only one week when I belonged to a Gurdjeiff group in Houston …
1) Hand out dollar bills to at least five strangers. If they ask why you’re doing it, just reply, “Because I want to give it to you.”
2) Order dinner at an expensive restaurant, but don’t bring your wallet. (Come back and pay for your meal later.)
3) Order a steak at a restaurant, and no matter how well it’s cooked keep sending it back to the cook, complaining it’s not done enough.
4) I forgot what this one was, but it wasn’t as hard as Number 5.
5) Stand up in church and yell, “Bullshit!” during the sermon.
I was only able to do the first two, and some members of the group couldn’t even do one.
Only one group member did all five, but he lost his voice in church, so he just scowled and stomped out.
THESE ARE DIFFICULT “TASKS” FOR MANY PEOPLE, so taking a public speaking class is a great first step.
Becoming a door-to-door salesman is a good gall bladder strengthener.

It takes “gall” to knock on all those doors.
Mark Cuban sold garbage bags, George Clooney sold insurance, Reed Hastings and Willie Nelson sold vacuum cleaners, Clint Black sold newspaper subscriptions — all door-to-door.
I sold magazines door-to-door while in high school, but only lasted three days.
A bee stung me on my Large Intestine Meridian finger while listening to our boss explaining how the best salesmen are so good at lying they believe their own lies.
The Large Intestine is a “shunt” to the gall bladder.

1) prune at Stomach Time (7:00-9:00 a.m.) to stimulate the gastro-colonic reflex.
2) walking at Large Intestine Time (5:00-7:00 a.m.) to augment the ortho-colonic reflex.

Yep. But such exercises can backfire and leave a person with residual trauma.

Does that include walking around the house? It`s snowing like crazy here right now and walking outside at that hour of fthe day is not really an option as temperatures have been reaching -5, – 10 centigrade quite easily.
How about some Irish tap dancing and some freeform dancing at Large Intestine Time?
