Re: What is the tomato juice and corn oil protocol for liver cleansing?

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) advised combining 4 ounces of tomato juice with 4 ounces of unrefined corn oil, and drinking it at Small Intestine Time.

The liver’s Glycogen Level Peak occurs at 2:00 a.m. (mid-Liver Time).

Liver Time is from 1:00-3:00 a.m.

The liver’s Biliary Level Peak occurs at 2:00 p.m. (mid-Small Intestine Time).

Small Intestine Time is from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Well-documented studies (starting with Forsgren, 1928) show that anyone sleeping from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. has their liver’s maximum anabolic phase at 2:00 a.m. and maximum catabolic phase at 2:00 p.m.

The liver’s glycogen level reaches its zenith at 2:00 a.m. and drops to its nadir at 2:00 p.m.

Bile production is exactly inverse to glycogen levels, dropping to its nadir at 2:00 a.m. and reaching its zenith at 2:00 p.m.

The liver has the potential to be replenished or even rebuilt by bone marrow cells at or around Liver Time.

Not eating at Liver Time is a form of INTERMITTENT FASTING, and helps store extra glycogen in the liver, muscles, red blood cells, and kidneys.

A morning cup of coffee helps store glycogen, especially after overnight intermittent fasting (and even more so if the stomach reaches a temperature of 101 degrees Fahrenheit).

The Stomach (7:00-9:00 a.m.), Pericardium (7:00-9:00 p.m.), and Small Intestine (1:00-3:00 p.m.) meridians are SHUNTS for the Liver Meridian (1:00-3:00 a.m.)

Adano Ley regarded corn oil as “the best oil” … even superior to clarified butter.

However, that was back in the 1980s, when GMO corn was only grown in selected areas, mainly in China.

China has been growing transgenic wheat, corn, maize, rice, rape, cotton, carp , etc. since the 1980s, funded by the U.S. National Academy of Science, Rockefeller Foundation, and Monsanto Corporation.

Tomatoes are one of the best foods for the small intestines.

Ditto corn and/or corn oil.

Corn emits red and infrared energy – red radiation (especially frequencies between 650-670 nanometers) and red-edge radiation (especially frequencies between 705-740 nanometers).

Most corn oil comes from white corn, not yellow corn.

Corn oil is expelled from the germ of corn kernels.

The germ makes up about 10% of a dry kernel, and contains about 50% of the corn oil.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (in 1920 when the U.S. government was more truthful and forthcoming than now) …

“Corn oil can be heated to a relatively high temperature without smoking or developing an odor and does not darken as readily as some other edible oils.”

Stored corn quickly loses its freshness (life force).

Janet Bailey (Keeping Food Fresh: How to Choose and Store Everything You Eat, 1985) wrote …

“Think twice about buying corn that is displayed anywhere but in a refrigerator unit unless you are sure it has been just picked or just delivered. Corn stored at room temperature loses about half of its total sugar in one day.”

Indian corn is far superior to white and yellow “sweet corn” varieties.

Geneticists started messing around with corn genes way before the advent of GMOs, seeking ways to satisfy humanity’s “sweet tooth.”

According to Adano …

“Strawberry corn makes a hard erection and raised titties.”

… and …

“The boron in Indian corn allowed the American Indian to remain muscular without exercise, but it also left him vulnerable to alcohol.”

… and …

“Eat silicon for connective tissue. It’s found in fresh corn, mushroom, daikon, jicama, and pine nuts. It’s in strawberry corn.”

… and …

“Blue corn has more silicon than most corn. It also has phosphorus.”

… and …

“Corn oil dissipates heat because it contains silicon. Silicon lights don’t generate heat.”

… and …

“Lithium is in strawberry corn.”

… and …

“Miso or corn will not protect against radiation in the absence of a vermiform appendix.”

… and …

“Maybe the Bison Woman brought corn from Venus to save the American Indian from starvation.”

Jeffrey Goodman, Ph.D. (American Genesis: The American Indian and the Origins of Modern Man, 1981) wrote …

“In 1954, Dr. Elsa Barghoorn, a botanist at Harvard University, conclusively identified fossil pollen grains from a drill core as being those of corn. These fossil pollen grains came from a depth of two hundred feet below Mexico City and were given an interglacial date of approximately 80,000 years in age. Since this period antedated the accepted appearance of man on the North American continent, the pollen was thought to be that of a wild corn which has since become extinct, even though these pollen grains were indistinguishable from those of modern cultivated corn. With the new interglacial datings for man and grinding tools in the Americas, this fossil corn pollen could easily have come from domesticated corn. Hopi Indian legend maintains that they had cultivated corn from the start.”

My e-books are available at …

    solarman111.com

Somehow my name has become associated with Adya Clarity promoted by Matt Bakos and Brian Clement.

I have NEVER had any association with the product or the two gentlemen promoting it.

My health approach is totally different than their approach, and never the twain shall meet.

I’m not dissing their product. I’m just saying that I would never use it or endorse it (and never have).

Is there such a thing as non-genetically modified corn oil?

    • October 18, 2013 @ 11:38 pm atomb

Yes. Organic heirloom corn oil is available.

      Shop wisely. :)

I was unaware of the term nadir< looks like it is time to search out some Strawberry corn for the wife's benefit? (and maybe me for the lithium). Was also unaware of what a short term life force energy span it has.
Curious why boron leads to a desire or weakness for alcohol?

    • October 18, 2013 @ 11:48 pm atomb

Strawberry corn must be cooked VERY thoroughly.

Boron effects testosterone, estrogen, and alcohol dehydrogenase.

The upside of boron is that Native Americans acquired a resistance against Chemical Mace.

Let’s say you can find some fresh organic corn :)

    1) Could you then use a personal oil press to extract the oil yourself from corn? (like http://www.google.com/search?q=samson+oil+press )

    2) Besides being organic and fresh, would that oil be superior in other ways, or is a method using a responsible solvent necessary/ideal to be left with the essential parts?

    • October 21, 2013 @ 3:36 pm atomb

The Samson oil press extractor attachment isn’t set up to handle corn oil.

Most organic corn oil is dark golden yellow in color.

I’d like to know a source of organic crude corn oil, which is red in color and rich in the corn xanthophylls lutein, zeaxanthin, and beta-cryptoxanthin.

    • October 21, 2013 @ 3:39 pm Patrick Timpone

I found the organic corn oil here and ordered it and arrived in fairly quick order.

      http://www.macrobioticshop.co.uk/products/grocery/oils/organic-corn-oil-750ml

I tried the program yesterday and started with 1/3 cup oil and tomato juice. It was easy peasy going down with a nice large straw…the kind they give you at smoothie places. The straw is cool because you can take it right down quickly without getting the oil all over your mouth and tongue and have that oily taste leftover.

I chased it with two strong lipase heavy enzyme caps dissolved in my mouth, mix with saliva and then swallow. This will get the oil to where it is going and out of the stomach in short order. A technique I learned from Dr. David Jubb…works good with the liver gallbladder and olive oil as well.

I truly felt very little and really no effects of the 2.5 oz dose, so I will go for 4oz each Tuesday and see what we see.

        Thanks, Patrick!

Lipase expedites gastric emptying time for both the young and the elderly.

In case John of Germany needs my source, it’s the August 1999 edition of the Journal of Gastroenterology. ;)

Thanks Patrick, will order some cornoil from there… It would be great if we could hear from Dr David Jubb again on oneradionetwork. John

    Atomb,
It would be great if you could give a link to where you get this mystical organic heirloom corn oil, as the only purveyor I have found is SK Food International and they only deal in bulk. Do you pick it up in your European travels.

    Thanks.

These days I only buy corn oil for cleansing purposes, and that’s seldom.

I use Spectrum’s unrefined corn oil, and it’s not organic.

Their corn oil comes from a secluded section of the Champagne region in France, and it’s certified to be GMO-free … and not contaminated by adjacent fields like almost all other so-called “GMO-free” products.

For a better choice than mine, see Patrick’s comment and link above for a reputable source of “100% corn germ oil from organic farming.”

PS: We must halt the world onslaught of GMO products.

Over 2,000 biotech companies now exist on Planet Earth, and new start-ups are being launched quicker than ever before.

      (Beware of Google’s Calico start-up.)

“Borderless biotech” exists all over the globe, with GMO pollution traveling as far north as the Arctic and as far south as the Antarctic.

The horses have been let out of the barn, and Monsanto has burned the barn to the ground so the horses can never return.

I just downed 4 oz organic corn oil and organic tomato juice at 2:15 PM solar time with a large straw. It is amazing of how easy it goes down. I again used the heavy lipase enzymes to get the fat out of the tummy quickly, did a cross crawl rubbing my tummy on the rebouder, walked outside barefoot and generally rubbed the stomach for a while to keep things happy.

more to come on results. Atom’s the man :)

Pat, Atom, have you tried percussion (tapping hand) on the liver and gall bladder area.. mentioned in Dr David Jubbs book also…

          • October 31, 2013 @ 9:30 pm atomb

Yes, John, I use rhythmic percussion – gentle tapotement for no more than one minute except …

            (1) during Liver Time

            (2) for therapy

    Hi Atom,

My question has nothing to do with corn oil, I just couldn’t see a way to post it an other way…

What do you think causes bunions on the big toes of the feet? We have it in my moms side of the family and my mother and her sister had them operated. I have noticed visible changes over the last year- year and half on my feet but I would like to find a way to stop it from developing any further or reversing the growth. Any ideas?
    Thank you! Jana

    • October 22, 2013 @ 8:40 pm atomb

Exercise your feet, ankles, and lower legs.

Walk barefoot in the sand, on gravel, and/or on uneven surfaces.

Pick items up with your toes.

Find a QUALIFIED Tai Qi instructor to teach you “grounding.” (Most Tai Ji instructors are “dance” teachers, not legitimate Tai Ji instructors.)

Place a single rubber band around both big toes while watching TV or reading, and gently stretch them.

Foot reflexologists contend that the thyroid and the “thyroid line” on the foot are involved in bunions.

Ditto C-4 through C-7, and T-1 through T-4 (or so).

      Resolve the emotional traumas involved.

99% of all physical ailments parallel a toxic engram.

Yawning and stretching – a conscious full-body contraction and its release – helps resolve both emotional and physiological syndromes.

Emotional traumas with toes often start during embryonic development WHEN THE BIG TOES ARE AT 90-DEGREE ANGLES TO THE OTHER TOES (especially when a familial history is involved).

      • October 23, 2013 @ 8:31 pm Jana

Thank you Atom for all the great info. I’m going to incorporate as many recomended things as possible :-)

I have checked the thyroid line and my skin there is of darker colour and occasionally gets quite bad, almost as scaring and it gets sometimes small painful cracks.
        Would massaging this line help?

When it comes to vertebraes you are mentioning (or so I assume) should I look for reflexology points for for that part of spine?

If I do yawning, should I think about the problematic/ painful part of the body I’m trying to release the trauma from?
And finally how can the knowledge that the trauma started during the embryonic development help me in releasing it?

Thank you again! I do love your shows! :-)
        Jana

        • October 24, 2013 @ 10:30 pm atomb

Yes to your first 3 questions. :)

Yawning gives a better release when focusing on a body part and “feeling” it release.

In the 1970s, biofeedback scientist Barbara B. Brown (1921-1999) proved that anyone could be trained to release a SINGLE CELL in less than an hour.

Your fetal history might or might not come up during a yawning session.

99% of everything should happen naturally.

i didn’t know about the native americans and boron. they have that sort of aura though. according to homeopathy and in my own experience boron can make you intuitive bordering on schizoid. appreciate your esoteric insight as always.

ps. boron does increase melatonin does it? you saying mel is antigonadal rung a bell. my sex drive has been nuck bottom for a long time.

    • January 14, 2018 @ 2:25 pm Atom

Boron is a Yes No Maybe element — it’s the power behind the drone of a snake’s poison.

According to Swami Nitty-Gritty, snakes get the boron for their poison from tree bark.

    Greetings!

According to an older post, Adano said that “the Color of the Liver is Red; it selects from the Spectrum of the Red Wave to build itself”. What does Spectrum the Red Wave reffer to? Does it related to foods that emit red and infrared energy – red radiation (such as the corn that you mentioned above)? Could you list other foods that are in the Spectrum of the Red Wave and thus, help the Liver?

    A book on the topic?

Forgive my ignorance. I am familliar with Dr Ghadiali`s work and his infra/ultragreen approach to light. But not familiar with the Spectrum of Red Wave.

    Gracias!

    • January 14, 2018 @ 2:58 pm Atom

The color of a food as seen by the eye and the color a food radiates internally are often different.

Unfortunately, this Spectrum Wave science doesn’t exist except for a few dozen underfunded laboratory experiments.

No disrespect to Col. Ghadiali, but his cutting-edge science of a hundred years ago is primitive compared to what can be accomplished today by a full-spectrum approach to color (thanks to quantum analysis of the entire visible spectrum and a sizeable section of the ultraviolet and infrared spectrum).

It’s why I’ve stopped writing books and we’re focused on funding a brick and mortar Solar Research and Educational Institute and Laboratory.

We’re looking for philanthropists with Deep Pockets to help us with our Big Picture approach to genuine wellness and authentic longevity.

The alternative is Doctor Evil and Mini-Me — mainstream medicine and an “alternative” clone that steals all its ideas from the former with the same dismal results.

Show me any holistic approach and I’ll show you a mainstream Ph.D. or M.D. behind it (either out front or hidden in the wings).
