“How did you sleep last night?” Sathya Sai Baba asked a visitor.

“Oh, terrible, Baba! Mosquitoes kept biting me all night. They wouldn’t leave me alone!”

“Not mosquitoes. One mosquito.”

“Well, maybe it was just a few mosquitoes. But they kept biting me all night.”

“Not mosquitoes. Just one mosquito. And it was ME coming to wake you up at 3:00 a.m. to meditate, but you went …”

Sai Baba slapped his arm.

No! Impossible! I cant get past the count of 20! (And its a quick count) I am doing equal though, 20, 20, 20. At which point should we change to unequal breathing (longer hold and exhalation)?

Doing Pranayama (and not practicing Pranayama) is extremely rare in the West, while commoner in the East.

Yogis were so exact with their preliminary Pranayama process (for beginners), they actually worked their breath-holding out to the TEN THOUSANDTH OF A SECOND!

        That’s figures like 12.5401 (12 point 5401) of a single second.

Even Eastern beginning Pranayama is way above my pay grade! :(

    Atom,
I know I’m boring but my doctor wants to see me in hospital and I want to dance as further away I can from hospital bed.
My immunology is horrible, very high anti nuclear antibodies, anti DNA antibodies and immune complexes. And I’ve tried everything, but nothing works.
Thanks to you this morning I’ve started reading some old Sai Baba books I have, but is there some “crazy” idea that comes to your mind about this.
I keep asking all around me hoping someone can channel something useful.

Ask these doctors what’s the worst scenario that can happen by not going to the hospital, and then get a second opinion.

Be sure your immunology is a true representation of your immunity.

Anything Can Cause Anything, and Anything Can Cure Anything, so never, ever, ever, ever give up! <3
