Can one still cultivate Delta if one is asleep during lung time, 3-5 AM?

Delta can’t be cultivated unconsciously. :(
Unconscious slow wave sleep (Unconscious Sensory-Motor Dilation with Organic Constriction) is like moving out of the house while the repairmen are in.
The architect and the builders are not available for consultation.
Doctors are (probably) not trying to kill us, but their paradigm certainly is.
Calciferol made in a laboratory with UVB light was originally called TOXIFEROL – obviously not a “good” marketing name.
Vitamin D is a secosterol hormone – 1,25(OH)2 vitamin D.
It’s been called “the most potent steroid hormone in the human body.”
Pre-vitamin D, lumisterol, and tachysterol are all created by sunlight in human skin.
Lumisterol and tachysterol prevent pre-vitamin D toxicity.
A note to acetaminophen and/or ibuprofen junkies: Gut-absorbed vitamin D is toxic unless a HEALTHY liver and HEALTHY kidneys detoxify it.
Doctors can’t measure vitamin D directly – they select one metabolite out of several and make a SWAG (scientific wild-ass guess).
Daily supplementation with over 800 IU of vitamin D displaces calcium from bone – unless you restrict calcium intake.

The BREATHLESS state of unconscious Delta slow wave sleep (SWS) is called SLEEP APNEA by doctors.
That’s the worst danger of CULTIVATING Delta while unconscious. :(

Re: Atom, what did Adano say about how someone can cure sleep apnea, what do they do?
Sleep apnea is no threat to those who routinely do the following things …
(1) reduce the size of their gut,
(2) eat breakfast at Cortisol Time (7:00-9:00 am),
(3) avoid mucus-forming foods, and
(4) Do Kriya yawning daily.
Cortisol keeps you from dying in your sleep at night from sleep apnea by regulating carbon dioxide and potassium.
Maybe someone out there can add Adano’s insights to this (although much of the above can be inferred by things he said).
(5) Therapeutic vomiting helps, but it requires an expert instructor like my friend Paramjit Dhaliwal Singh, who I lost contact with when he moved back to India.

Eskimos in the Arctic didn’t need vitamin D supplementation and they had perfect teeth until “civilized” food became available.
