Peanuts are a Zone 3 evening food, and the vagina is a Zone 3 organ.
The vagina has a clear-cut preference for peanut protein.
Peanuts, in case you don’t know, are a legume, not a nut, and they grow underground.
In 1943, it was demonstrated that the human vagina took 40 to 120 minutes to absorb peanut protein into the systemic circulation, while the cervix only took 8 to 25 minutes.
Vaginal absorption is faster during the luteal and early follicular phases because the vaginal epithelial membrane barrier becomes less dense and more porous.
The arachidic acid in peanuts, unlike the arachidonic acid in sperm, is a saturated fat, and cannot be converted into prostaglandins P2 and PGE2, the prostaglandins responsible for the antidepressant and mood-elevating effect of sperm when absorbed systemically by a woman.
Prostaglandins P2 and PGE2 assist birth delivery by causing cervical ripening and dilation.
Abundant arachidonic acid is provided by BUTTER and EGGS, in case any man is interested in elevating his Significant Other’s mood.
OK, the point of all this roundabout titillation is that peanuts are a sex food, and the MOUTH is the preferred orifice of entry.
Roasted peanuts contain a LECTIN – a sugar-binding protein author Dr. Peter A’damo advises folks to avoid – that counteracts cancer.
Peanut lectin, also called PNA or peanut agglutinin, is a cyanogenic glycoside that inhibits the sporulation and growth of fungi, including Candida albicans.
Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) advised, “Use castor oil for warts or skin cancer. Combine it with peanut oil.”
He warned, “Don’t eat raw peanuts. But one raw peanut at Lunar Time can save you from colic.”
Swami Nitty-Gritty recommended a topical application of peanut oil and garlic for “cross-eyes,” instructing, “Spread the buttocks and massage the coccyx with peanut oil and garlic.”
He combined sage, peanut oil, and lecithin as a muscle-strengthening tonic: “Use it as a dressing or eat it to strengthen muscles. Rubbing it on the back will strengthen the muscles directly.”

Hi Atom,
Can you please share your knowledge about quince?
my little 6 yr old always goes very pale after having quince juice (fresh, home made with apples and celery tops, on Wednesday morning). He loves the taste but complains of needs to throw up after having it!!!
Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom

It may be a lectin reaction from quince.
Half of all lectins are panhemagglutinins – they affect all blood types.
Quince should not be eaten raw.
Combining it with apples – quince and apples are both in the rose family – exacerbates the reaction.
Celery at the wrong time of day adds to the reaction, especially if it’s (1) organic or (2) treated with fungicide.
Sea vegetables at Circulation-Sex Time (7:00-9:00 pm) helps undo any intestinal or neurological damage.
Soy also causes lectin reactions, but Asians have long protected themselves with sea vegetables … which has also given them immunity to wheat gluten.
