Drinking Coffee At Cortisol Time

Re: Cortisol peaks at 8:00 a.m. Why is coffee ideal to drink at that time?

Drinking coffee at 8:00 a.m. calibrates the circadian clock, dampening it throughout the rest of the day.

But anyone having morning “coffee jitters” will be served well by drinking Grade B maple syrup with their morning cup of joe because Grade B contains the greatest amount of fructose.

Grade A maple syrup is higher in sucrose.

Morning fruits (Growth Zone 1 fruits that grow on trees) are extremely high in fructose for maximum brain growth and the remedy for “coffee jitters.”

The greenest fruit contains the most sucrose.

The ripest fruit contains the most fructose and glucose (provided it doesn’t ferment).

Doctors view gestational diabetes as a disease when it’s actually Nature’s way of manufacturing bigger brains for smarter people.

Hypoglycemia is associated with brain damage and early death.

Butterflies survive on nectar, but the longest-lived butterflies eat both nectar and pollen, so don’t forget to eat your morning nuts — almonds, walnuts, pistachios, pine nuts, etc. — with your morning tree fruits.

Caffeine boosts sperm motility, increasing the chances of fertilization.

    So does fructose.

Swami Nitty-Gritty advised drinking Cobalamin Tonic – a mixture of coffee, baking cocoa, and 100% maple syrup – in the morning.

He called it a “hormone balancer” and a “B-12 booster rocket.”

A toxic engram is acquired (usually without our consent), and resolved (usually with our consent).

My expertise is in detecting toxic engrams, and detecting when they are resolved.

I prefer workshops to sessions and treatments because it’s my highest choice to show a person *how* to fish than to *give* them a fish (or *sell* them a fish in the case of most therapy).

One of my purposes is to make myself irrelevant to a person’s health as quickly as possible.

Another purpose is to teach the same person how to do what I do with others if that’s their highest choice.

If not their highest choice, it’s still handy to know how to do what I do in case of an emergency.

My technology is hard for some people to grasp because of its sheer simplicity.

Steve Jobs said, “Simple can be harder than complex. You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end, because once you get there, you can move mountains.”

Is it better to drink just coffee at 8am or the cobalamin tonic at that time ?

Cobalamin Tonic combines the benefits of both coffee and cocoa, plus the sucrose/fructose in maple syrup to eliminate excess morning cortisol. :)

According to Ray Peat, “In declaring EPA and DHA to be safe, the FDA neglected to evaluate their antithyroid, immunosuppressive, lipid peroxidative (Song et al., 2000), light sensitizing, and antimitochondrial effects, their depression of glucose oxidation (Delarue et al., 2003), and their contribution to metastatic cancer (Klieveri, et al., 2000), lipofuscinosis and liver damage, among other problems.”
