Eat Fish Oil & Go Blind?
Most ophthalmologists know about the dangers of blue light, and they know it can’t damage the eye without lipofuscin.
Almost all ophthalmologists know lipofuscin formation depends on polyunsaturated fatty acids — omega-3 oils (DHA, EPA, ALA, etc.).
No lipofuscin, no age spots — including the ones in the eye.
No omega-3 oils, no lipofuscin.
Can I just take enough fish oil till I need glasses?

Robert J. Cionni (“Intraocular Lenses to Restore and Preserve Vision Following Cataract Surgery,” Cataract and Refractive Surgery, 2006) wrote …
“It is well known that lipofuscin accumulates in the RPE [retinal pigment epithelium] cells as we age. One component of lipofuscin is a compound known as A2E and it is this compound that is believed to be the culprit in RPE cell death. A2E has an excitation maximum in the blue wavelength region (441 nm) and when excited by blue light, A2E generates oxygen free radicals, which can lead to RPE cell damage and death. At Columbia University, Sparrow and colleagues exposed cultured human RPE cells laden with A2E to blue light and observed extensive cell death. They then placed different UV blocking IOLs [intraocular cataract lenses] or a UV blocking and blue light filtering IOL in the path of the blue light to see if any of the IOLs provided a protective effect. The results of this study demonstrated that cell death was extensive with all UV blocking colorless IOLs, but significantly diminished with the UV and blue light filtering.”

“People in the United States spend about $1.2 billion annually for fish oil pills and related supplements even though the vast majority of research published recently in major journals provides no evidence of a health benefit.”
Fish oil provides no health benefit, and it’s a health menace.

J.R. Sparrow, K. Nakanishi, & C.A. Parish (“The lipofuscin fluorophore A2E mediates blue light-induced damage to retinal pigmented epithelial cells,” Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science, Jun. 1981) wrote …
“Nonviable cells were located in blue light-exposed zones of A2E-containing RPE cells, whereas cells situated outside the illuminated areas remained viable. As shown by fluorescence labeling of the nuclei of membrane-damaged cells and by the presence of TUNEL-positive cells, the numbers of nonviable cells increased with exposure duration and as a function of the concentration of A2E used to load the cells before illumination. The numbers of blue light-induced TUNEL-positive cells also increased in advance of the increase in labeling of membrane-compromised cells, a finding that, together with Annexin V labeling, indicates an apoptotic form of cell death. Conversely, blue light-exposed RPE cells that did not contain A2E remained viable. In addition, illumination with green light resulted in the appearance of substantially fewer nonviable cells.”

“The blue region (400–500 nm) of the visible spectrum is likely to be particularly important because it has a relatively high energy, can penetrate tissue(s), and is associated with the occurrence of malignant melanoma in animal models. Surprisingly, despite its potential for damage, the use of blue light blockers in sunscreens and spectacle lenses has, until recently, received only limited attention.”
According to the same source …
“In the eye, blue light damage is considered predominantly photochemical in origin and to arise largely from eye-specific chromophores (e.g. retinoids, melanin, and lipofuscin). In the skin, the situation is less clear but is likely to involve chromophores associated with mitochondria (e.g. cytochromes and flavins) that absorb in the blue region of the visible spectrum to contribute significantly to ocular toxicity.”

The Heart Is Not? a Pump is now for sale at our Solar Timing website.
We’ve been taught the heart pumps the blood. Anyone who went to school “knows†this.
But what if something else pumps the blood?
What if a famous Finnish marathon runner had a mini-heart?
What if there’s a documented medical case of a man surviving without any blood at all reaching his heart?
What if the heart plays second fiddle to the lungs?
What does 14.7 pounds per square inch at sea level have to do with blood circulation?
What if there’s an alternative to heart surgery?
How does a giant redwood tree defy gravity by pumping sap hundreds of feet above ground without a heart?
Acta Victoriana (1898, 1899) disses Dr. Rodermund’s “Heart Is Not a Pump†concept, yet described it accurately:
“A new theory of the blood circulation by Dr. Rodermund, in a paper read before the Medical Association of Wisconsin, has met with considerable ridicule. We state it for what it is worth. In Dr. Rodermund’s opinion, the heart is not a pump to drive the blood through the arteries, but a regulator like the balance-wheel of a watch. The true source of the flow ‘is the oxygen we breathe, based on the fundamental law of electricity that all positively electrified bodies repel other positively electrified bodies, while they attract those negatively electrified. A fluid charged with positive electricity and flowing through an elastic tube will produce the same waves as we find in the arteries, which we call the pulse-beat. This oxygen is […] in the air-cells by the breathing crowding them full.’ Our breathing, he assumes, charges the blood positively, and the rest is comparatively easy. The muscles and nerves now seize the oxygen and consume it in carrying on their several functions; and with each particle of oxygen is used up the positive electric energy belonging to it. ‘This leaves the blood negative by the time it gets through the capillaries into the veins. This negative state of the venous blood attracts it back again on the life-sustaining circuit. The function of the heart is to regulate and not to propel the blood, but to hold this electrified fluid in check. Otherwise it would circulate too fast.’â€
Or, according to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty), “Blood pressure cannot move without respiration, which is God Time in the body.â€
