Eating By Growth Zone
Joleigh: “I’m gaining weight on Solar. My abdomen sticks out an extra inch.”
Atom: “What do you eat for breakfast.”
Joleigh: “Nothing. I’m conserving calories.”
Atom: “Solar’s not about calories. It’s about eating at least three meals a day. What do you eat for lunch?”
Joleigh: “Chicken and a salad.”
Atom: “What kind of salad?”
Joleigh: “Just tomato, lettuce, and alfalfa sprouts, with blue cheese dressing.”
Atom: “Nothing wrong with that. What about supper?”
Joleigh: “Nothing. Too many calories.”
Atom: “No wonder you’re gaining weight. And no wonder you’re gaining weight around the middle.”
Joleigh: “Why the middle?”
Atom: “Breakfast is for the lungs and brain. Lunch is for the intestines. Supper is for the liver and genitals. You’re targeting your gut.”

Here’s a P.S. for breakfast skippers …
Alex Kuczynski (“Inside Silicon Valley’s Dangerous New Obsession With Fasting,” Bazaar, Aug. 17, 2019) wrote …
“There’s a lot of questionable science at work in the wellness industry, especially around fasting and other extremely restrictive diets. First of all, how do sumo wrestlers get fat? In part, they fast. They start each day by not eating breakfast. It slows down the metabolism because it fools the body into thinking it is starving. Faced with starvation, the body hoards calories as fat.”

Once you learn the Cornerstone Technique, it’s the closest thing to a Vulcan Mind Meld this side of Arcturus.
All you need is a partner because it takes two to tango.

What’s the best time to take Shilajit?
(The instructions say to take it before bed which sounds about right to me. Zone Three?)
Thank you!

There’s debate about Shilajit’s origin, but since all the contenders thrive in Growth Zone Three, it’s definitely an evening substance.

Hi, Atom!
What is the Growth Time Zone of Shilajit and the best time to consume it – Zone 3 or neutral?
Thank you!
August 26, 2019 @ 1:49 pm Atom
Shilajit is Growth Zone Three, but these kind of slow-forming substances usually lean in the direction of neutral.

A drop of melissa oil in red wine. How much wine ?
Can I use grape juice instead of the wine or it’s not the same ?
August 31, 2019 @ 6:04 pm Atom
A shot glass of wine is enough.
Grape juice or even grape vinegar can sometimes substitute for grape wine, but in this case Adano didn’t say.

How many days would you take it for if you had a virus to get rid of?
September 3, 2019 @ 3:39 pm Atom
There are too many variables, including …
1) the type of virus
2) the degree of immunity
3) the time of the year
4) “who’s the matter
5) temperature, humidity, altitude, latitude, longitude, etc.

Hi Atom, what are high calcium foods ?
August 31, 2019 @ 6:10 pm Atom
Sardines are highest. Eggs and dairy products are not too far behind.
Kale, okra, and collards have calcium.
Spinach supposedly does, but it’s doubtful.
Food grown in calcium-rich soil is generally healthier for people than food grown in silica-rich soil.
