Eating Meat In Time

Re: What time to eat meat?
Whatever the animal eats defines the ecological Growth Zone.
You are what you eat and whatever you ate ate all the way down the food chain.
For example, giraffes only eat leaves from trees, so giraffe chops are a Growth Zone 1 breakfast food.

According to Fabian Faltin (“7 Top Tops for Eating Giraffe,” YouTube, Mar. 7, 2022) …
“Because giraffes feed uniquely on natural growing tree leaves, their meat is much, much richer in minerals and proteins and precious salts than your average farm-raised soya-grain-fed meat. […] Giraffe meat is not comfort food. You are eating bush meat. Engage with it.”
<>
A giraffe puts down about 75 pounds of tender leaves a day.
One kick from one of these long-necked herbivores can kill a lion. Many lions have been dispatched to the afterlife by giraffes.
<>
Squirrels are definitely a breakfast food and so are panda bears and the aforementioned giraffes — but the Chinese government might put you in jail for eating one of their “first class protected species” and you might think twice about hunting giraffes in Africa too.
<>
U.S. pioneers generously partook of squirrels and songbirds. There was even a large songbird food market in Manhattan in the 19th Century.
Other animals eat food from trees (pigeons, deer, kangaroos, goats, rhinos, etc.), but tree foods are NOT their primary food.

Re: Why is IP-6 used for cancer?
Because it inhibits nutrition. It’s a phytate, ain’t it?
Cancer is an isoparasite. It eats what you eat.
Cancer is an evil twin.

Re: What’s the difference between trace minerals and electrolytes?
Six electrolytes in quantity are critical to hydration — sodium, potassium, chloride, bicarbonate, calcium, and phosphate.
Technically, trace elements ARE electrolytes but they’re useless in TRACE amounts and TOXIC in larger amounts.

Re: Is it OK to take spirulina in the morning?
It’s OK if you’re the kind of person who goes to a nightclub at noon and daycare at midnight.

Re: What about dental mercury?
My mouth has been overflowing with mercury for quite a few decades.
When I was a Reflex Therapist, I marveled at all the clients who sought me out AFTER removing their mercury fillings.

Subluxations are a chiropractic fiction.
Old-time osteopathic doctors know better.
Today’s osteopathic doctors don’t have a clue.

Hi Atom, what’s the difference between an osteopath and a chiropractor?
July 14, 2022 @ 2:36 pm Atom
Chiropractors deal with neurology. Osteopaths deal with blood flow.
Osteopathic theory seems closer to the truth, but I’ve met many talented chiropractors and osteopaths.
