Edwin Jessop Marshall

History is “his story”when it comes to kings and dictators and “their story” when it comes to oligarchies and fake democracies.
In the words of George Orwell …
“Who controls the past controls the future: who controls the present controls the past.”

Bill Gates owns 242,000 acres of farmland.
That’s small potatoes compared to over 100 years ago during the Golden Age of Alleged Capitalism.
Edwin Jessop Marshall owned MILLIONS of acres of ranch and farm real estate in the U.S. and Mexico.
One Mexican ranch alone was 2 million fenced-in acres.
52,000 acres of his Lompoc land were “condemned” by the U.S. oligarchy in 1941 to set up Camp Cooke, which eventually became Vandenberg Space Force Base.

Contrary to American history propagandists, Rockefeller was only one among many Fat Cats thriving during the Gilded Age (1870-1910) and beyond.
John Adams warned us about the final outcome of American materialism over 200 years ago, while Thomas Jefferson had his head up his bum.
<>
Re: The King Ranch currently 825,000 acres, and use to be 1,225,000 with land outside of the U.S.
The original owners got it by betraying both the United States of America and the Confederate States of America to make their fortune.
Our American civilization is built on piracy, betrayal, and criminality.
Edwin Jessop Marshall’s second largest ranch was only 1,500,000 acres.
Back in the day, Mexico was a U.S. fiefdom with U.S. landowners owning outright 25% of all Mexico’s real estate.

Re: Jefferson adopted way too much of the French “governmental do gooder” ethos that only exists on paper.
Jefferson’s philosophy was shaped by John Locke and Adam Smith.
He supported the overthrow of governments all over the planet, lending personal support to the French Revolution, hoping the “ball of liberty” would “roll around the world.”
The sole revolution he didn’t support was the Haitian Revolution.
<>
According to the Library of Congress …
“Sensing rising criticism of the excesses of the French Revolution in the letters of William Short (1759-1848), his handpicked chargé des affaires in Paris, Secretary of State Jefferson sharply chastised Short and praised the revolution despite its rising irrationality and violence: ‘and was ever such a prize won with so little innocent blood? my own affections have been deeply wounded by some of the martyrs to this cause, but rather than it should have failed, I would have seen half the earth desolated. were there but an Adam and Eve left in every country, left free, it would be better than as it now is.'”

Hi Atom, Dr Daniels swears by cow’s feet for improving teeth & gums. I can’t bring myself to eat that. What’s in it anyway, collagen?
What could I eat instead for similar good teeth results?

Yes, cow’s feet are loaded with collagen. Ray Peat thinks oxtail soup is a better source.
Fortunately for garden gobblers eating low on the food chain, the human body is perfectly capable of manufacturing its own collagen out of plant protein.
Rachel Ross (“What is collagen?,” live science dot com, Jan. 23, 2020) wrote …
“The substance [collagen] makes up about a third of all the protein in the human body, more than any other type of protein in the body by mass. There are 28 different types of collagen, each type categorized based on its amino acid composition. About 90% of the collagen in the body is type 1, which is found in the skin, tendons, internal organs and organic parts of bone, according to Healthline. The vast majority of the remaining collagen in the body is made up of the following types:
“Type 2: Found in the cartilage.
“Type 3: Found in the bone marrow and lymphoid tissues.
“Type 4: Found in the basement membrane (thin sheets of collagen that surround most types of tissues).
“Type 5: Found in the hair and the surfaces of cells.”
What about teeth? Preserving them is more about minimizing omega 3 fatty acids, serotonin, nitric oxide, cortisol, etc.
Hard food is way more tooth-friendly than tough food, and the same goes for large mouthfuls of food versus small mouthfuls of food.
I’ve dealt with that subject at length elsewhere.
Combining NASA research with Swami Nitty-Gritty’s advice, thoroughly chewing cheddar cheese, a clove of garlic, and a slice of red onion at 6:15 p.m. Kidney Time is an excellent therapy for the teeth and gums.
Hold the mixture in your mouth as long as possible, and don’t rinse your mouth for at least a half hour.
Alternate cheeses are Swiss cheese or Monterey jack.

Contracting the masseter muscles (having an outward pull of 40 millimeters) and the temporal muscles (also having an outward pull of 40 millimeters) has an expanding effect on the jaws, repetitively having a positive effect on oral health.
Contracting the internal pterygoid muscles (having an inward pull of 60 millimeters) and the external pterygoid muscles (having an inward pull of 50 millimeters) has a constricting effect on the jaws, repetitively having a negative effect on oral health..

Mind Hacking’s CORNERSTONE TECHNIQUE measures either a “Yes†or a “No.â€
There is no narrative.
The difference between the Cornerstone Technique and a polygraph test?
You can beat a polygraph test.
You can’t beat the Cornerstone Technique.

Cows are one of the few animals on the planet that have a resistance to Yellow Necrotic Fat Disease. They’re still vulnerable, but less so.
On the opposite end of the scale are alligators and crocodiles.
Remember to stutter-search when you’re Googling “Yellow Fat Disease.”
