The Glenn Foundation for Research in Aging gives many millions of dollars for longevity research to …

Albert Einstein College of Medicine

Buck Institute for Research on Aging

Harvard Medical School

Mayo Clinic

MIT Department of Biology

Princeton University

Salk Institute for Biological Sciences

Stanford School of Medicine

etc.

The idea is to convince a gullible public of the primacy of genetics over environment (including internal terrain) and lifestyle (food, exercise, attitude).

The 1 percent of the 1 percent of the billionaire Elite of Southern California think they have a handle on longevity mostly denied to the Great Unwashed.

The good news is they don’t.

But if you prefer their side of the story, be sure to read …

“Secret Santa Barbara,” Chapter 23, of Adam Leith Gollner’s The Book of Immortality: The Science, Belief, and Magic Behind Living Forever, 2013.

Stanford University life extension researchers (under the aegis of certain low profile billionaires living in Santa Barbara and Montecito) think they are at the forefront of biological aging research.

Hint: Larry Ellison owns three estates in Montecito.

Their prolongevist theories are significantly flawed by leaving guys like Mr Eats-It-All out of their data pool (and gene pool).

Stem cell research is a scientific cul de sac.

At least it’s easier to turn around in a cul de sac than at a dead end.

According to Stanford School of Medicine …

“‘There is something about age that predisposes us to disease,’ said Thomas Rando, MD, PhD, a professor of neurology and neurological sciences who will serve as the director of the new center. ‘If we could somehow figure out the mechanisms of aging and are able to intervene, it would potentially offer therapy to a wide variety of diseases — not just cancer, heart disease or Alzheimer’s, but all of them.'”

No shizzle, Sherlock! If these ivory tower dingbats only got that far, maybe that $5 million grant to Stanford from the Glenn Foundation for Medical Research would have been better used if it was thrown at the feet of Burning Man in Black Rock City.

Establishment medicine’s calorie restriction theory of aging is baloney.

I could have pulled their coat to this fact back in the 1980s.

Now longevity researchers have their heads back up the butt of genetics.

Malarkey abounds in the huge longevity cartel fueled by the Paul F. Glenn Foundation for Medical Research.

According to the Institute for Aging Research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine …

“Nature.com interviews Nir Barzilai, M.D., about a surprising new study in primates that found severe calorie restriction did not lead to longer life. Dr. Barzilai notes that genetics is more important than diet and lifestyle for the centenarians who [sic] he has studied as part of The Longevity Genes Project. Dr. Barzilai is the Ingeborg and Ira Leon Rennert Chair of Aging Research and director of the Institute for Aging Research.”

    Hi Atom

On a previous blog you talked about doing an item on emotional trauma clearing and how you can do multiple techniques at once. I have been doing the yawning and colour recycling wondered if there are other techniques I can do go with it, what length of time is best to do the techniques?

    Many Thanks

Yawning 32 or so times a day is optimum.

Doing one cycling of color recycling every 3 hours in alignment with the Solar Color Wheel is best.

      Laughing often is emotional therapy.

The most important recycling technique is living the life of your own choosing.

This is a life where “you are the boss of you.”
