FLYING & FEAR OF FLYING
 By Atom Bergstrom
Atom’s Blog
Jeff (not his real name) was afraid to fly. He was also afraid of heights. He was confined to living and working on the ground floor of a building. I Body Dowsed him and found a female Cognitive Shock (on the right side of his body). It turned out to be about a girl he’d had sex with while they were both still teenagers. His body told me the story his mind had repressed. <> Body Dowsing detects motor tics. Motor tics on the left side of the body (originating from the back of the body on the right side) reveal a male engram. Motor tics on the right side of the body (originating from the back of the body on the left side) reveal a male engram. I’ve never found an exception to this rule (but the opera ain’t over till the big lady sings). <> Flying and the Fear of Flying are closely linked to sexual intercourse. The first might be called the Howard Hughes Syndrome and the second the Erica Jong Syndrome. <> Sid Lipsey (“Sex may be the best way to cure fear of flying, according to new study,” Sept. 15, 2015) wrote … “… the new research suggests that those who suffer from anxiety are expert consolidators. According to the MIT study, animals that underwent chronic stress prior to a traumatic experience consolidated bad experiences quicker and more thoroughly than non-stressed animals. Researchers say that’s because anxious brains become much more sensitive to serotonin, a chemical that helps etch memories onto the brain. The researchers says those quickly and vividly-implanted memories often lead to flashbacks, nightmares, and panic — key symptoms of post-traumatic stress. “[Tom] Bunn says that’s absolutely true in airplane passengers. ‘Anybody who’s got anxiety in their lives when they get on a plane is more likely to produce post-traumatic stress,’ he says.” <> One reason sex is therapy for the fear of flying is that sex is what caused the problem in the first place. <> Just so you know … Not all Flying or Fear of Flying has to do with sex. Body Dowsing is the foolproof method to know for sure. . .

Orange roughy is lowest in DHA, and can live 149 years.
Wild salmon is extremely lucky if it can reach 8 or 9 years.

Atom, might that be a spelling mistake – doesn’t the right side reveal a female engram?
Motor tics on the left side of the body (originating from the back of the body on the right side) reveal a male engram.
Motor tics on the right side of the body (originating from the back of the body on the left side) reveal a male engram.

YIKES! Thanks for catching my error, Sean!
There’s a new program in operation, so I can’t figure out how to edit the text.
Here’s hoping people read the comments!
Thanks again !!!!!

Cod liver oil is toxic but so are many other things we eat.
Cod liver oil diseases were discovered before the American Civil War and documented in one of my Yellow Fat Disease e-books.
But CLO can’t be used as a predictor of longevity — Attitude and the Will to Live certainly can.

Re: Why you watching Disney movies, Atom?
Usually I avoid Mouse flicks like a Californian avoids making a full stop at a Stop sign, so Disney’s The Kid is an exception to the rule.
I’m not a fan of the screenwriter or director either, so The Kid is some kind of Cosmic Exception to the Rule. (I saw it three days in a row at the movie theater in 2000.)
My attitude about Disney wasn’t nurtured by me showing up at the gate of the Disney Studios in 1960, when the security guard told me, “You haven’t got the chance of a snowball in Hell of getting a job here. Cartoonists are a dime a dozen.”

Ray Peat (“Age Pigment: Cause And Effect Of Aging And Stress,” Feb. 19, 2013) wrote …
“While rodents live a year or two — and die in a much more hydrated state than people or animals that live approximately a century — at the end of a rodent’s normal life span its cells (e.g., brain and heart) contain as much lipofuscin as the cells of century-old people do. Dogs accumulate lipofuscin about 5.5 times as fast as people do, and people live about 5.5 times as long as dogs. This is just what we might expect if lipofuscin is the ‘terminal toxin.'”

William F. Koch, M.D.(Cancer And Its Allied Diseases: Their Common Toxic Cause, Their Cure By Immunization, 1929, 1933) wrote …
“We have seen intestinal worms work their way through the rotted abdominal wall of a patient who had been given deep x-ray treatment for cancer of the uterus only eight weeks previously. Thus vascular tissue is readily susceptible to the destructive influence of irradiation, and this antivascular property also interferes with the development of angioblastic tissue so essential to the absorption of the growth and the healing process. As a result, some of the irradiated cases that we have cured of their cancer still present deficiency in reconstruction of destroyed areas.”

Hi Atom,
what is the benefit of rubbing olive oil on the belly area ?
September 16, 2018 @ 5:35 pm Atom
It helps with constipation.
Besides Swami Nitty-Gritty recommendation, the technique was part of the Robert Gray Intestinal Cleansing Program.

Hi Atom,
a dentist on ORN uses conscious sedation. Here is what they say “The conscious sedation is the lightest form of sedation – it is nothing like general anesthesia. The two drugs administered are Fentanyl and Versed. I.V. conscious sedation is considered the safest of all forms of anesthesia. You are basically able to snooze through the procedure while maintaining his protective reflexes”.
What’s your view on this ? They give you an injection to numb the tooth area as well.
September 18, 2018 @ 8:41 pm Atom
I’m assuming this is for either major oral surgery or for people afraid of dentistry?
Then it’s probably safer than other forms of anesthesia, although morphine or heroin would be a much safer choice than synthetic fenanyl (25-50 times stronger than heroin and 50-100 stronger than morphine).
The worst danger in a dentist’s office is the X-ray machine …
According to Ray Peat …
“X-ray damage is not limited to the area being investigated. Deflected x-rays affect adjacent areas, and toxins produced by irradiated cells travel in the bloodstream, causing systemic effects. Dental x-rays cause thyroid cancer and eye cancer. Recent experiments have shown that low doses of radiation cause delayed death of brain cells. The action of x-rays produces tissue inflammation, and diseases as different as Alzheimer’s disease and heart disease result from prolonged inflammatory processes.”
Changing the diet before and after X-rays reduces the risk down to almost ZERO.

Hi Atom , what changes in diet before and after x-rays …
September 19, 2018 @ 3:43 pm Atom
Before and after X-rays, protein, saturated fats, and acid-forming foods offer protection from catabolic processes.
So does carbon dioxide (mediation, extended yawning, reduced breathing (American Indian Breathing Technique, Buteyko Breathing Technque, etc.), simple sugars (glucose, sucrose, and fructose), etc.
This is NOT the time for baking soda, polyunsaturated fatty acids, calcium, magnesium, selenium, or sulfur!

I’m having x-rays in a few days.
Saturated fats would be: coconut, durian, olive oil, butter ?
Acid-forming foods would be: ??
Simple sugars (glucose, sucrose, and fructose) would be: fruits ?
What are polyunsaturated fatty acids ?
September 21, 2018 @ 5:51 pm Atom
1) Not the olive oil.
2) Proteins, sodium, potassium, cranberry juice, some cheeses.
3) Sweet fruits, honey, maple syrup, etc.
4) Linoleic acid and linolenic acid (esp. the latter).

What would be the best natural and safest way to detoxify your body from the Fentanyl and Versed after the procedure ?
September 21, 2018 @ 6:36 pm Atom
With or without X-rays? The two detox methods conflict.
September 21, 2018 @ 8:56 pm David
With x-rays
and Without x-rays too
September 21, 2018 @ 11:40 pm Atom
It behooves anyone who takes pharmaceutical or recreational drugs to study their interactions.
The info about a protective acidic diet stands (double the alkalinity), and Versed doesn’t go well (an understatement) with grapefruit, grapefruit juice, or grapefruit favoring.
Some Versed is combined with grapefruit flavoring. Dentists like it because it costs more than plain Versed.
Do some research to find out with what other foods Versed and fentanyl interact.
Piperine in black pepper is a chemical in one of those foods.
Versed also contains fluorine, but so do many other drugs.

ON A MORE POSITIVE NOTE —>
The good news is, one time at the dentist’s office is likely a minor assault on the human body.
As for detox, I agree with Dr. Jack Kruse when he maintains …
“Redox before Detox.”
Caution: My Redox (as well as Dr. Samuel Hahnemann’s) is not the same as Dr. Kruse’s Redox.
According to Wayne Fields …
“The six best doctors are sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise, and diet.”
The Seventh Doctor is TIMING — Eat ~ON~ Time to Live ~IN~ Time.
