Gaining Weight From Shock (Trauma)

“I gained thirty pounds in a month. I started to gain weight right after I fell down the stairs,” a woman told me.

She had injured her right hip in the fall (a female trauma).

The accident happened while her son and her new daughter-in-law were on their honeymoon.

She resented her new daughter-in-law, and swelled up in self-defense.

Aging is often blamed for weight gain, but the actual culprit is SHOCK (or a series of mini-shocks accumulated over the years).

Shock causes hyperventilation (respiratory alkalosis through the loss of carbon dioxide), overloading the body with lactic acid … and blowing it up like a balloon in the process.

Pneumatic pressure drives hydraulic pressure, and not the other way around.

A doctor checks the blood pressure in arteries and veins, but not the air pressure in the lungs.

84 percent of fat is exhaled as carbon dioxide.

16 percent of fat is excreted as water.

When Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) was growing up in South America, his uncle took him to his cousin Cecelia’s gravesite to illustrate the perils of over-fastidiousness about the body’s natural biological processes.

The grave bore the following epitaph …

Fart Free, Fart Free / Wherever You May Be / For That Was the Death Of Cecilia Ley

“A recent study by [Joan] Bassey showed that a modest amount of jumping, performed daily over a year, increased the density of hip bones in premenopausal women by a substantial 3 per cent. The women performed only 50 jumps a day – which takes just a minute if you are fit, says Bassey. ‘It’s no more trouble than cleaning your teeth.’ The ground forces created on impact seem sufficient to stimulate bone formation.” — Gail Vines, “The challenge to HRT,” New Scientist, Oct. 23, 1993

Atom, do you suppose that by adding tumeric to reheated ghee would work to bind
      any residual casein proteins?

What is the best way to start studying with Atom. What program first?

The best bargain is to read the hundreds of blog entries I’ve written for One Radio Network. Enter almost any subject into ORN’s search engine, and one or more of my blog entries on the subject will likely show up. :)

The next best bargain is joining our Sun Sync Nutrition website (https://www.sunsyncnutrition.com/) for a one-time only charge of $99.

Also, my e-books are available at Solar Man 111 (https://www.sunsyncnutrition.com/).

Best of all is too attend a seminar with me in the greater Santa Barbara area in California. :)

Thanks for your interest, Kalyani !!!!! :)

        LESSON ONE …

A toxic engram is acquired (usually without our consent), and resolved (usually with our consent).

My expertise is in detecting toxic engrams, and detecting when they are resolved.

I prefer workshops to sessions and treatments because it’s my highest choice to show a person *how* to fish than to *give* them a fish (or *sell* them a fish in the case of most therapy).

One of my purposes is to make myself irrelevant to a person’s health as quickly as possible.

Another purpose is to teach the same person how to do what I do with others if that’s their highest choice.

If not their highest choice, it’s still handy to know how to do what I do in case of an emergency.

My technology is hard for some people to grasp because of its sheer simplicity.

Steve Jobs said, “Simple can be harder than complex. You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end, because once you get there, you can move mountains.”

I haven’t seen any research that confirms it (yet), David.

    I’m assuming you’re casein-intolerant?

Triple-strain ghee if you make it yourself, or buy “casein-free” ghee at the store (although that means taking the word of the supplier, which always makes me a tad bit nervous).

Hi John, it aligns the endocrine centers, according to Swami Nitty-Gritty.

He told me to start playing it all day at the health food store in Carpinteria that I managed.

Maybe I’ll have the opportunity to tell some of the things that happened the next time Patrick interviews me! :) :) :)

Re: What is the best source, coffee?

Caffeine capsules. Coffee doesn’t have enough caffeine.

    Aspirin stimulates/irritates the scalp too.

Ditto polysorbate 80. (It took a friend of mine four years to grow all his hair back with this 1980s Durk Pearson treatment.)

Dr. William Kelley believed Dr. Nicholas Gonzales was a CIA agent, and refused to speak to him from 1987 till his death in 2005.

“When I last spoke to him in the summer of 1987, he accused me of being part of a CIA plot to steal his work, and I knew that I had to move on,” Dr. Gonzalez wrote.
