Gene-Environment Interaction
Re: Do you know how to heal BRCA1 and BRCA2?
“You can’t take a bath in a blueprint tub,” according to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty).
The key to healing any “genetic” issue is to NOT follow the blueprint.
<>
Genes must be activated by external factors.
There’s nothing to “heal” until they’re “switched on.”
Eating estrogenic foods (containing iron, serotonin, nitric oxide, and polyunsaturated fatty acids) activates these genes.
Estrogen is NOT a female hormone. It’s a stress hormone designed for three primary “good” things …
1) Male sex determination while in the womb
2) Female pregnancy within the womb
3) Converting cancer into organ regeneration (best left to those who really know what they’re doing).
<>
Stress is another main factor, especially “learned helplessness.”

John R. Lee, M.D., Jesse Hanley, M.D., & Virginia Hopkins (What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Premenopause, 1999) wrote …
“Breast cancer is well-studied, and out of all this research, a very clear breast cancer personality has emerged. She is a woman who can give to everyone else, but cannot, or is not allowed to receive. She’ll go to the grocery store to buy favorite foods for everyone in the family, but if you ask her what her own favorite foods are she may not even know. Dr. Hanley describes this as a shutdown of a woman’s own nourishing and nurturing cycle, and the breasts are a symbol of nourishment. When the self-nourishing cycle is broken, the self-nourishing cycle becomes stuck in the breasts.”
<>
Self-worth (“the sense of one’s own value or worth as a person”) is another important factor.
This is especially relevant in a male-dominated culture.
<>
Carolyn Latteier (Breasts: The Women’s Perspective on an American Obsession, 1998) wrote …
“Under a historically male-controlled power structure, the qualities of fleshy sexiness are projected onto women’s bodies. Those fleshy objects must be ruled, regulated, and owned. In America today, women’s bodies are owned, not in the old way of slavery and marital rights, but they are mastered by the demand that their bodies are attractive and by the cultural stereotypes that determine what those bodies should look like. Yet, when it comes to breasts, the territory is land-mined. If a woman has small breasts, she falls short of being desirable. If she has large breasts, she is treated like a slut.
“Though human beings may not be as communally driven as bees or ants, we are herd animals. We experience a very private, personal sense of being alone, and yet, our realities interlock tightly with those of other people. We take in messages from others and plow them under to the deep layers of our selves. When one part of our bodies, such as our breasts, is subject to so much attention, it creates a disturbance in our personal subsoil. Breasts can no longer be part of our integrity — a functioning, feeling organ of our physical selves. They become, instead, icons in the social fabric. We become self-conscious about them, and they begin playing complex roles in our lives.”
<>
Swami Nitty-Gritty advised …
“Breast cancer is caused by a lack of self-nurturing. If women would self-massage their own breasts with love, there would be no more breast cancer.”
<>
Gently squeezing, massaging, and caressing a woman’s breasts pulls energy up into the Heart Chakra and thymus gland, promoting contentment and pair bonding by releasing such hormones as oxytocin and vasopressin.

Easy-to-learn Body Dowsing — if practiced by every Tom, Dick, and Harry, and every Jane, Joan, and Judith — could save millions of lives by pinpointing the specific (to each individual) Cognitive Shocks that act like the demonic entities of Hollywood exorcism movies.
The Cornerstone Body Dowsing Technique of holding both feet transforms the human body into a Y-shaped Dowsing Rod capable of accessing specific traumas buried too deep for other techniques to uncover.
<>
Body Dowsing can individualize the eight or so general-category “breast identities” down to the precise Who, What, When, and Where.
It takes little time and effort to become a veritable Sherlock Holmes of Body Language.

Hip traumas often involve moving (change of lifestyle) and/or sexuality.
The left hip indicates a MALE Cognitive Shock.
The right hip indicates a FEMALE Cognitive Shock.
The hip is “hip” because it moves (unlike a “square,” a stationary object different from a wheel, including a “big wheel”).

Mastery of the Foot Code Cornerstone Technique alone puts the practitioner ahead of any other psychological trauma-detecting system in existence.
The best part of this technique is …
Your clients are your teachers.
Their own bodies tell you their stories, especially the ones their conscious minds don’t know.
The longer you figure-eight the feet, the more stories a single body will tell, including Who, What, When, Where, and Why.
No seminars are needed. No professor or prophet is required.
The Body Doesn’t Lie when you directly access its subconscious/conscious/superconscious levels of perception.
Each client is an encyclopedia waiting to be opened and understood.
