Does the brain create the mind or does the mind create the brain?
The answer is … YES!
The brain creates the mind AND the mind creates the brain.
WHEN (timing) you identify with your incoming breath, the brain creates the mind.
WHEN (timing) you identify with your outgoing breath, the mind creates the brain.
99 percent of humanity identify with their incoming breath, and their brains create their minds.
1 percent of humanity (or less) identify with their outgoing breath, and their minds create their brains.
Astral projection and psychokinesis are just two of the benefits of the 1 percent.
Dr. Daniel Amen is a hero to the 99 percent.
The champions of inhalation provide fertile soil for pharmaceutical theology.
Melody Petersen (Our Daily Meds, 2008) wrote …
“One of the most powerful drug marketing campaigns aimed at Christians was performed not directly by the industry but by a theologian named Dr. Paul Meier, a popular radio talk show host and the owner of a chain of mental health clinics. His book Blue Genes was published in 2005 with help from Focus on the Family, a national group popular with many Christian conservatives in Iowa and across the country. The book was a kind of spiritual guide for those dealing with depression or anxiety. It described the new psychiatric medicines as offering ‘opportunities for healing that truly reflect God’s care and love.’ In one of the book’s stories, Dr. Meier compared taking a quick-dissolving wafer of Klonopin, a prescription tranquilizer, with taking Holy Communion. ‘If Edward felt panicky, he should peel out the wafer, suck on it like a communion wafer, dissolving it in about two seconds, and within four minutes his panic attack would be completely gone.
“Dr. Meier wrote that he had personally come to depend on the meds he took for attention deficit disorder. ‘I write about two or three books every year while on medications and could write only one book every two or three years without them,’ he explained. ‘So if I were too prideful to admit that I had a mental dysfunction, and I refused to take psychiatric medications, I would hinder God.”

Dr Weil has a breathing video where if you were to count your breaths, you would start with the exhale, not the inhale! We naturally start at 1 with the inhale! Is this an reflection of the 99%. To get into the 1%, would this benefit be of use!?

I first read about the “eee HAH” meditation in a book by Wayne Dyer.
Saying, “aaa EEE,” is a way to higher consciousness.
Saying, “eee HAH,” makes the sound of a donkey.
Even an ear nose and throat specialist asks their patients to say, “aaa EEE.”
It’s, “Blessed are those who live and die in the Lord,” not Blessed are those who die and live in the Lord.”
Lord Oxygen is at the tip of the nose.:)
The Sufis say Allah is the first of the 99 names of God.
Paradise (code for “beyond desire”) is promised to the person who knows the hundredth name of God.
The Sufis ask, “Why does the camel smile?”
Their answer is, “Because he knows the hundredth name of God.”

Yes, unless you chew them really well.
Overnight is long enough.
We soak ours for two days.

Hi Atom,
how are ginger and cream combined to gain weight and at what time ?
October 29, 2014 @ 3:41 pm atomb
Below is a YouTube video showing how to make natural ginger ale.
Gall Bladder Time (11:00 p.m.-1:00 a.m.) is the best time to drink whole cream and ginger ale mixed half-and-half to gain weight.
It’s VERY filling, and should be used sparingly (especially at first).
The ideal time is 12:30-1:00 a.m. (Pina Colada Time).
This combination is good to “spark” a weight-gaining process.
There are better ways to “continue” the process.

Re: If everything is subject to impermanence and change then aren’t the laws of physics also going to change?! hmmm, any thoughts?!
Yes! The speed of light is supposed to be a constant. Yet it has changed significantly in just a few decades!
The “law” of gravity has not only changed over time. It varies by location. Yet it’s still regarded as a “constant.”
