Growth Zone One

Growth Zone One foods are morning foods.

All foods that grow on trees are best eaten between 12:30 a.m.-12:00 noon.

That’s eleven-and-a-half hours — almost half a 24-hour day.

<>

Growth Zone One foods evolved out of the CANOPY level of the three habitat zones of the forest ecology …

1) Morning — Canopy

2) Midday — Understory

3) Evening — Floor & Subfloor

<>

As a very general rule (because LIGHT and GRAVITY aren’t the only games in town) …

1) Morning — anything above 4 feet

2) Midday — anything between 4 feet and 4 inches

3) Evening — anything below 4 inches

<>

As an 80% rule …

1) Morning — 12:30 a.m.-12:00 noon

2) Midday — 11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

3) Evening — 6:30 p.m.-1:00 a.m.

Yes, there’s an overlap.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“Trees receive radiation from the Sun at dawn as it comes up over the horizon. Fruit and nuts are vitalized for nourishment early in the day. Also, cellular bodies secrete the necessary substances to handle such types of food at this time. The Creative Intelligence has supplied the right types of protein, carbohydrate, fat, oil, water, and air to be utilized at that period of the day. Too, bodily secretions are geared to respond better and to handle these forms of energy as nourishment at breakfast.”

According to the same source …

“Morning is the time to be a vegetarian. Midday and nighttime are for fiber and tissue.”

Dr. John T. Richter & Vera M. Richter (Nature: The Healer, 1936, 1946, 1962) wrote …

“Fruits are not night foods. They should be eaten in the morning, because they are an eye-opener, a tonic, the eliminators of waste that has been produced in your body during sleep.”

<>

Valerie Gennari Cooksley (Aromatherapy: A Lifetime Guide to Healing with Essential Oils, 1996) wrote …

“It is very interesting how most essential oils useful in respiratory ailments are those that are distilled from the bark, leaves, berries, and branches of certain trees.”

Anne (not her real name) had pain in her RIGHT shoulder.
Her RIGHT side was “active” when Mind Hacked.
She was angry at her ex-husband over their recent divorce, but there was little “activity” on her LEFT side.
So it wasn’t her ex she wanted to punch out.
It turned out to be — of all people — her grandmother.
    <>
Anne suddenly grasped the truth, sobbing and wailing for close to en minutes.
The grandmother is considered the matriarch of the family, according to Anne’s culture.
In the heat of the divorce, Anne ran to her grandmother for advice and counseling, but her grandmother was dying.
Anne wasn’t allowed to see her grandmother. Her relatives refused access to their “death watch.”
    <>
Anne repressed her anger, and her aggressive urges, resulting in a frozen RIGHT shoulder.

Righteous indignation rarely results in physiological injuries or illnesses.
It’s those “forbidden thoughts” and seemingly innocent thoughts that matter.

Excess acidity grows tumors, and excess alkalinity grows ulcers.
    <>
An over-acidic person has a white coated tongue, cracked skin oozing yellow fluid and runny crystals, and a “wet” cough with an overflow of mucus.
An over-alkaline person has a red tongue which is often fissured, cracked skin with scale and no fluid, and a “dry” tickling cough with no mucus.
    <>
In the 1950s or before, Emanuel Revici, M,D., discovered that an over-acidic person is prone to experience pain or itching in the morning, while an over-alkaline person is prone to evening pain or itching.
He went on to show that over-acidic pain or itching were caused by lactic acid, while over-alkaline pain or itching were caused by sodium carbonates.
    <>
Dr. Revici also found low-serum potassium values associated with an acidic pain pattern (and the growth of cancer cells), and high-serum potassium values associated with alkaline pain (and the metastasis of cancer cells).
    <>
Due to the so-called “alkaline tide” of digestion, Dr. Revici also found a clear-cut correlation between alkalization and pain or itching experienced after meals.
    <>
Dwight L. McKee, M.D. (Emanuel Revici, M.D.: A Review of His Scientific Work, 1985) wrote .
“Revici has shown that the administration of acidifying or alkalizing substances, while changing the blood pH very little, manifestly change the titrimetric alkalinity, indicating the efficiency of the buffering system of the blood. Similarly, he has shown that the administration of acidifying or alkalizing agents, while changing only a little the normal tissue pH, does induce marked changes of the pH of lesions, thereby influencing pain through this mechanism. This concurs with Revici’s basic concept of the lesions as isoparasites with their own histones and genes. Biologically more primitive and behaving independently of the normal tissues, with a generally less efficient defense, they respond to acid base shifts in the body with a change in the lesion pH, whereas the normal tissues remain at a relatively constant pH.”

Folks think they can vacuum out their gall bladder with a purge.
They think those bile-stained “soap stones” cascading into the toilet are gallstones or even “liver stones.”
Health is a lifestyle, not an engine flush.
    <>
The chemical composition of these fake gallstones has been known and written about since about the time of the American Civil War.
Even mainstream morons like Dr. Benjamin Rush probably knew that gallstones NEVER float.
    <>
    Re: What are they, Atom?
    Mostly margaric acid.
It’s either similar or exactly the same as heptadecanoic acid.
The beaker boys don’t seem to have their story straight.
Could it be that Mother Nature is smarter than industrial technology?
    It’s a thought.
    <>
Re: I don’t know how people can do those liver flushes. I thought I was going to die after drinking that cup of olive oil.
I’ve done four of them — one of them for 15 days.
This was decades ago, back when I was most vulnerable to the Holistic Health Aristocracy.
    <>
Re: I wonder because when folks have done the liver gallbladder cleanse on the retreats I run and they have thrown up the oil they have taken they have had most amazing results? Gunk and solid sediment has passed. I’ve known these light green soft formations to be other than the olive oil because of this outcome.
What were they? What were the lab results?
    <>
Re: I’m sorry but Atom isn’t right about everything, so I just take what I think is eye-opening and trial it and leave the rest. I can sure say my digestion improved ten-fold after liver and gallbladder cleanse.
What? I’m not right about everything?
Well, golly, such flushes really CAN help digestion (although it’s mostly the Placebo Effect).
The only point I’m harping about is, “Don’t let those P.T. Barnum types out there in cyberspace deceive you about what those soapy stones are.”
    <>
Re: OK, so why did I release a truck load of ‘margaric acid stones’ when I did the flush? Is it a good thing that I released them? Is margaric acid bad for us?
You manufactured them out of olive oil.
You can do it again & again & again & again a million-billion times.
We gotta be doing something till the Messiah comes, right?
It can be tough on the body though, some folks more than others.
    One friend vomited blood.
    Another became violently ill.
A third scolded me. “You told me it might be bad, but you didn’t tell me it might be THAT BAD!”
    <>
Swallow red dye with the flush, and you’ll get stones dyed from the inside out.
    Ain’t chemistry fun? And colorful?
    <>
Pioneers manufactured their soap outside the body, but our Holistic Wellness Aristocracy is more creative.
    <>
By the way, eating olive oil or butter with every meal will definitely PREVENT the formation of most gallstones.
I’m on board with Johns Hopkins with that.

Jon Levine (“YouTube censors epidemiologist Knut Wittkowski for opposing lockdown,” New York Post, May 16, 2020) wrote …
“Big Tech companies are aggressively tamping down on COVID-19 ‘misinformation’ — opinions and ideas contrary to official pronouncements.
“Dr. Knut M. Wittkowski, former head of biostatistics, epidemiology and research design at Rockefeller University, says YouTube removed a video of him talking about the virus that had racked up more than 1.3 million views.”

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“The Bladder Meridian begins at the inner eye, and is the cause of nearsightedness. Cataracts are a bladder problem. The Gall Bladder Meridian begins at the outer eye. Glaucoma is a gall bladder problem.”

Hi Atom, what organs then are related to farsightedness ?

      • May 29, 2020 @ 4:47 pm Atom

“Farsightedness is a problem with the gall bladder, and nearsightedness with the urinary bladder,” according to Swami Nitty-Gritty.

The urinary bladder meridian is closer to the nose than the gall bladder meridian.
