Growth Zone Two

Growth Zone Two foods are midday foods.

All foods that grow on vines, grasses, and bushes are best eaten between 11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

That’s seven-and-a-half hours.

<>

Growth Zone Two foods evolved out of the UNDERSTORY level of the three habitat zones of the forest ecology …

1) Morning — Canopy

2) Midday — Understory

3) Evening — Floor & Subfloor

<>

As a very general rule (because LIGHT and GRAVITY aren’t the only games in town) …

1) Morning — anything above 4 feet

2) Midday — anything between 4 feet and 4 inches

3) Evening — anything below 4 inches

<>

As an 80% rule …

1) Morning — 12:30 a.m.-12:00 noon

2) Midday — 11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

3) Evening — 6:30 p.m.-1:00 a.m.

Yes, there’s an overlap.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“At noon, the radiations of the Sun are directly overhead and the leaves of the trees act as an umbrella for the fruits and nuts. But all the vegetables that grow above the surface of the earth have opened up to absorb the radiations. A greater variety is more in demand due to the body’s increased activity and secretions.”

Dr. John T. Richter & Vera M. Richter (Nature: The Healer, 1936, 1946, 1962) wrote …

“The daylight foods are leafy herbs, like lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, cresses, celery, and endive. These are grown in the light of the sun. We do not eat their roots, just their tops. These are very good for tissue building. They make you strong, healthy, and robust, as they are rich in earth salts.”

Grass “escaped from its original habitat on the margins of forests about 66 million years ago.”

Grass had to grow fast and tall to compete for light in the forest’s understory — BAMBOO.

Bamboo can grow 36 inches in one day.

Grass escaped to the prairie; hence evolved rice, wheat, rye, etc.

Lynn Margulis & Dorion Sagan (Microcosmos: Four Billion Years of Microbial Evolution, 1986) wrote …

“The successors to the cold-tolerant conifers were plants with flowers. They were descendants of the same early land plants that also produced the seed ferns. Judging from certain palmlike fossils, they had already evolved 123 million years ago and shortly after, by 114 million years ago, had rapidly spread to all parts of the world’s land. The most successful manifestation of chloroplasts on Earth, flowering plants coevolved with animals from the beginning. The suitor’s bouquet is only a recent manifestation of this age-old intimacy.”

According to Matthew Luckiesh & August J. Pacini …

“What appears to be a limitation in the clinical value of ultraviolet radiation as an agent for therapeutic good, seems to turn out actually to be its special feature — the inability to penetrate greater than skin depths. By thus limiting the depth to which ultraviolet radiation may penetrate the body, this energy becomes specifically sensitive in its ability to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system to the exclusion of the parasympathetic nervous system. Translated into the language of the clinic, this specificity of action is revealed in the property of ultraviolet which, of all cosmic forces, appears to be the one selected to preside over calcium metabolism.”

The I Ching’s TRIGRAMS represent the three habitat zones of the forest ecology …

1) HEAVEN — 12:30 a.m.-12:00 noon

2) MAN — 11:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

3) EARTH — 6:30 p.m.-1:00 a.m.

According to Pam Popper (“Lawsuits and Demands for Change,” May 27, 2020) …

“I guess I’m somewhat mystified that this is happening, and I don’t know anybody that isn’t aware that we have a big unemployment problem in this country.

“I don’t know anybody who isn’t aware that stores are closed, and people have lost their businesses, and all that sort of thing, and kids aren’t in school.

“And for [Anthony] Fauci to look into the camera, and say, ‘It’s really inconvenient’ — no, words can’t describe how inappropriate that comment is.

“It’s right up there with all the rich and famous saying, ‘We’re all in this together.’

“Yeah, I don’t think Tom Hanks is on my level in terms of being in this together.

“I think if Tom Hanks sat in this office and listened to the phone calls that came in here, and read the e-mails, he might not think he’s so together with the people that are going through the things that I talk about every week on this channel.”

President of Tanzania John Pombe Magufuli said in a speech (filmed May 27, 2020, by Al Jazeera) …

“If you lock someone up in a house, according to the literature we have read, the day you let him out, his immunity would have reduced by 30 percent, so allowing continued interaction helps us build immunity, and then shall help us fight diseases.”

Whenever I get a cold or flu, I just WIPE MY NOSE AND MOVE ON.

Beats spending a gazillion dollars turning people’s lives inside out and upside down while devastating the world’s economy.

    What a cheesy monster movie!

Instead of Godzilla leaving a wake of destruction, it’s Tinky Winky the Teletubby tip-toeing through the tulips.

    According to David Icke …

“The next step is to say how much more convenient it would be if customers had a little microchip under the skin without the need to use a card. Give your freedom away. You know it makes sense. Look at the supermarket queues you will avoid!”

    Good things about the alleged COVID-19 scam-demic / plan-demic / economic enema …

    1) The West Wind Drive-In is reopening, starting with a double feature of Harry Potter movies.

    2) Rude people with smartphones have to stay at least six feet away from Vibrant Gal and me when we shop at the farmers’ market. (If we want them to be even farther away, we cough.)
