Re: What’s your take on the methylcobalamin form of vitamin B12?
MeB12 (methylcobalamin) converts the less toxic form of elemental mercury into the highly toxic form of it found in fish – methylmercury.
It volatilizes mercury.
MeB12 volatilizes most heavy metals, transmuting their passive bound forms into active – often destructive – forms.
I’m not saying MeB12 is “bad.” I’m just saying YES, NO, MAYBE.
YES / All four vitamers of vitamin B12 – methylcobalamin, adenosylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, and cyanocobalamin – are safe in food form.
NO / All four vitamers of vitamin B12 have some toxic side effects in supplemental form.
Cyanocobalamin is capable of destroying your eyesight quick as a bunny.
MeB12 prevents amygdalin (vitamin B17) from producing bio-cyanide, a possible cancer remedy.
Ditto for adenosylcobalamin (AdoCbl) or hydroxocobalamin (B12a).
MAYBE / All four vitamers of vitamin B12 need “pseudo-B12” to activate their “real” B-12.
Why are B12-like compounds always found in association with “real” B12?
Has it ever occurred to these egghead scientists that pseudo-B12 – from sources such as spirulina and chlorella – is a vitamin B12 co-factor?
The answer to that is YES.
Scientists are using Stone Age thinking to evaluate cobalt and the corrin ring – the powers behind the drone of vitamin B12.
By the way, 99 percent of all B12 methylation problems are caused by intrauterine stress.
It’s important to “get your poop in a group” – a methyl group, that is.
The trauma color is RED.
That’s why another name for vitamin B12 is “the red vitamin.”

Waw Atom! All the biomed doctors (that I know of) that are consulted to help heal mercury toxic kids give them MB12 supplements!!!
What is the best source and time for food B12? other than the cobalamin coffee :)as this question is for a child.
Also, what about those of us with all sorts of gut issues, leaky gut, etc where we do not absorb the nutrients from our food?
Lots of love & Blessings
