Re: How best to unlearn something learnt that just isn’t so?

Things with names such as “mnemetic excitation” and “successive engraphic stimulation” make it VERY difficult.

How long does it take an average person to unlearn how to type on a keyboard or unlearn driving a car?

The Jesuits allegedly boast, “Give me a child until the age of seven, and I’ll give you a Catholic for life.”

That’s why Body Dowsing finds ENGRAMS so EASILY year after year after year, and why they are so rarely CLEARED and RESOLVED.

Fortunately, where there’s a WILL, there’s a WAY, and where there’s IMAGINATION, there’s a MEANS.

One of these days I’ll convince folks that comparing Body Dowsing to Muscle Response Testing is like comparing a North American X-15 hypersonic rocket-powered aircraft to a Model T Ford.

Not that Muscle Response Testing isn’t extremely useful. I’ve used it often (sometimes for self-defense).

But it’s as worthless as an election promise when it comes to pinpointing engrams (Cognitive Shocks).

Here’s the crux of the problem, as explained by the creator of the word “engram” over 100 years ago …

“Apart from this association of engrams created by the simultaneous action of their engraphic stimuli, which, in keeping with the terms already introduced, we may describe as association of simultaneously created engrams, a second and equally important association may be observed, which is also dependent on the time-relation of the action of this engraphic stimuli. Not only the simultaneous engrams, but also those generated immediately after, are associated in such a manner that the application of the original stimulus of one may serve as an ecphoric stimulus to the others. In this case, too, an association is established, even when the respective engrams owe their genesis to widely differing kinds of stimulus, and where a causal nexus between these engraphic stimuli cannot be traced. We may describe this latter condition as the association of successively created engrams.”

Deep-rooted Cognitive Shocks aren’t taproots. They’re extensive root systems — “Who’s the matter with me?”

Personal engrams are also SOCIAL ENGRAMS.

According to Carlos Castaneda (Power of Silence: Further Lessons of don Juan, 1987) …

“The busyness of our lives, our relentless interests, concerns, hopes, frustrations, and fears take precedence, and on a day-to-day basis we are unaware of being linked to everything else.”

What was Thomas A. Anderson’s party affiliation and what church did he attend before Trinity came to fetch him out of The Matrix?

Long story short, when a psychologist says, there are “9 Steps to Healing Childhood Trauma as an Adult” (the actual title of a Psychology Today article), grab your wallet and run for the door.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“Learn to walk the wind. Go out with the breath and come in with the breath. It has nothing to do with intellect.”
