How to Yawn #17

Holistic Stretching (simultaneous yawning and stretching) defends against (among other things) neurotoxins such as serotonin and estrogen.

Neurotoxins? Serotonin is a poison that acts on the nervous system?

Estrogen too?

<>

Ray Peat (“Serotonin, depression, and aggression: The problem of brain energy,”2012) wrote …

“The number of brain lesions is associated with the ratio of estrogen to progesterone. Estrogen activates mast cells to release histamine and serotonin, and activated mast cells can produce brain edema and demyelination. Blood clots have been microscopically associated with brain lesions like those in multiple sclerosis, and the platelets in clots release neurotoxic serotonin.”

LSD is anti-serotonin therapy, but pandiculation works much better with less “side effects.”

Remember, there are no “side effects.”

There are only “effects.”

Receptor site theory is the biggest pile of steaming you-know-what on the planet!

<>

LSD reshuffles the subconscious (Consciousness acting on Matter, the Third Floor of Esoteric Anatomy).

Pandiculation reshuffles the subconscious (Consciousness acting on Matter) AND “swings wide the doors” of the superconscious (Energy acting on Energy, the Fourth Floor of Esoteric Anatomy).

The superconscious is the Not Me, “becoming what is not me.”

Your subconscious Me cannot make your neighbor pandiculate.

Your Not Me is contagious without being spellbinding — hog-tied with words.

According to Peter R. Breggin, M.D. (a.k.a. “the Conscience of Psychiatry”) …

“Well, empathy has never been a quality of psychiatry.”

Psychiatry only recognizes QUANTITY, not QUALITY, as any reader of the mid-1970s best-seller Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance will recall.

<>

Mindfulness is restricted to the Third Floor for 99.999 percent of all human beings.

Empaths live on or at least often visit the Fourth Floor.

What’s an empath?

Someone with the paranormal ability to apprehend the mental (Third Floor) and emotional (Second Floor) state of another person.

<>

The Mighty Atom (Joseph L. Greenstein) mastered the Fourth Floor.

Not only could he bend steel railroad spikes — he could transfer the ability to just about anyone else.

Not once or twice. Routinely.

The Mighty Atom was one of the select few who could kill himself by holding his breath.

The greater part of humanity is subject to the Law of “God Breathed Into Man,” not the other way around.

According to Genesis 2:7 (King James Bible) …

“And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul.”

<>

Are you on the Third Floor, worshiping science?

Are you spellbound by words?

Or are you on the Fourth Floor, worshiping omniscience — the Breath of God?

<>

Are you spellbound or are you wordlessly bound back to the environment?

Are you chained to the relative field of Hue-Man (Third Floor), or yoked to the universal field of Helio-Man (Fourth Floor)?

<>

Are you chained to the relative field of chemistry, or yoked to the universal field of alchemy (all the chemistry)?

If speech is silver and silence is golden, what is silver doing on the Third Floor and gold on the Second Floor?

<>

Let’s return to serotonin, a “wound healer” on the Plus side and a carcinogen on the Minus side.

And a pharmaceutical money-spinner on the Neutral side (as long as it’s not put in the mouth).

Serotonin may be a menace to the CNS, but it’s a boon to the GDP.

<>

Sarita Pal & Prasad R. Padala (“A Case of Excessive Yawning With Citalopram,” The Primary Care Companion to the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, 2009) wrote …

“It has been identified but is not well-known or appreciated by practitioners that selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) can cause excessive yawning as a side effect.”

According to the same source (about the principal case cited in the article) …

“Mr. A’s yawning spells had started several months previously and had become worse during the last couple of months. His estimated frequency of spells was 10 to 20 per day, with each spell lasting 10 to 30 minutes, and he would yawn 20 to 50 times per spell.”

<>

Why was Mr. A — and Mr. B through Z — yawning to a fare-thee-well?

The Mouth of God was desperately trying to neutralize the poison entering through the Mouth of Man.

No wonder Dr. Peter Breggin is called The Conscience of Psychiatry!

Psychiatry had a conscience-dectomy during the Second World War.

Psychiatry was A-OK in the early 1940s when the horse still pulled the cart.

Thereafter, the cart started pushing the horse (over the edge into the abyss).

Daylight destroys serotonin. Psychiatry aligns with the dark of the night.

According to “Police Beat,” Coastal View News, May 17-23, 2018 …

“Upon arresting the man, the deputy told him that his marijuana would be ‘booked for safekeeping at the Sheriff’s Headquarters.’ The 40-year-old man then asked what would be done with the meth. When the deputy informed him that it would be booked as evidence, the man reportedly responded, ‘So I have to buy more?’ He was transported to Santa Barbara County Jail.”
