Adano attributed almost all cases of channeling and possession to a combination of …

(1) self-hypnotism,

(2) a lack of self-importance, and

(3) an imbalance of the Spleen-Pancreas Meridian resulting in low blood sugar from the trauma of “not being appreciated.”

Carl Jung referred to channeled entities as “feeling-toned complexes” and the “autonomous activity of the unconscious.”

Channeling is called necromancy in the Bible.
