Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) advised …
“You need a little acid and you need a little alkalinity to be healthy. It is not 100% acid and it’s not 100% alkaline, it is 80/20, you have to have the balance.”
If you “eat in time” the pH equilibrium tends to take care of itself.
Excess bases (alkalies) lead to negative polarization and ULCERS.
Excess acids lead to positive polarization and TUMORS.
The Sweet Spot of bases leads to SOLATION, apoptosis, and anarchy.
There’s nothing wrong with chaos if you don’t turn it into a fetish.
The Sweet Spot of acids leads to GELATION, renovation, and order.
There’s nothing wrong with order if you don’t turn it into a fetish.
Women are more acidic than men because estrogen is more anabolic than testosterone.
Testosterone is provisionally anabolic, ultimately submitting to its Queen Bee, estrogen.
It takes acidic force and positive polar groups to construct a child in the womb.
Men intuitively realize females are more anabolic than males, so they concocted abstinence and seminal conservation to “store” what they called …
(1) Ojas (vigor)
(2) Tejas (healthy metabolism)
(3) Prana (life force)
There’s a germ of truth to conserving sexual energy, but the idea is mostly wide of the physiological mark.
Sexual intercourse for men alkalizes them systemically, but it’s transitory.
Sexual intercourse for women acidifies them systemically, but it’s also transitory.
I use the adverb “systemically” because not all acid-base bodily processes are systemic.
Ulcers and tumors are often very localized and independent of the body’s buffering capabilities.
Your ringside ticket to alkalinity is ADRENALINE, the Superman of Hormones.
Your ringside ticket to acidity is SEROTONIN, the Captain Marvel of Hormones.
Alkalinity moves cholesterol from its extracellular commons (public property) to its intracellular home.(private property).
Acidity moves cholesterol from its intracellular home (private property) to its extracellular commons (public property).

Re: Atom said that he was going to post a link to a South American Lyme product. Can this link be added or the product name be listed?
This – Samento Microbial Defense – is what worked for a friend of mine …

Hi Atom!
How does one shunt a root canal with reflexology?
Cheers,
B

Work teeth reflex points, esp. the ones in …
(1) ears
(2) hands
The reflex points for teeth are parse in the feet.
Oil pulling is not shunting, but a good idea anyway.

Do you have a book or have you written
about Color Glasses? I have a Set of 9
Colors. I would like to use them properly.
Have you written about catarats?
Barbara

You can start by wearing glasses on certain days of the week …
Red on Monday.
Orange on Tuesday.
Yellow on Wednesday.
Green on Thursday.
Blue on Friday.
Violet on Saturday.
Clear on Friday.
Wearing colored glasses over 15 minutes every two hours may or may not result in health issues.
What would you like to know about cataracts?

Dear Atom,
I wasn’t sure if I would get much more out of your E-Book “Full Spectrum Eating”, after having read your “Yes, No, Maybe…” book that you co-authored, but since it is for a good cause I decided that my hesitation was silly so I sent the cash. I finished reading the E-Book and I am happy to report that even if I was a selfish money-frugal bastard, I still would have enjoyed it and have no regret purchasing it.
Thanks,
B
