Keeping Abreast Of Somatotropin

Growth Hormone (somatotropin) is a shock hormone when breasts don’t need growing.

For example, darkness increases estrogen and nitric oxide, in turn, releasing Growth Hormone.

Nitric oxide works wonders for a man’s penis, but it’s a free radical when set loose on the rest of the body.

Bovine Growth Hormone makes cows give milk.

Human Growth Hormone does the same for men, yet it’s assumed to provide massively-hard muscles and ripped abs with fewer wrinkles thrown in for good measure.

Growth Hormone grows breasts — on men as well as women.

That’s one reason bodybuilders grow “bitch tits,” the ruder and cruder name for gynecomastia.

Back in the 1980s, while managing health foods stores, I might have disagreed with fitness trainers and powerlifters like Curtis Schultz, who wrote …

“Stay on an eating schedule and try to never deviate from it. Why so strict? Again, as stated about taking large amounts of protein and eating in the middle of the night some so-called experts will tell you not to do those things, and I say, yeah that’s why you’re small. During sleep, your body is essentially starving and cannibalizing muscle. So feed it, have some protein.”

Nowadays, I’m “on board” with significant and timely qualifications.

Sweet fruits are protein-sparing. Little protein is necessary when glucose is provided.

The Grape Cure for cancer is technically not a fast.

Most people easily tolerate a five-to-eight-hour fast without food or water, depending on thyroid and liver health.

An ideal Fasting Time is from 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. (Gall Bladder, Liver, and Lung times).

One sure-fire way to up-regulate Growth Hormone is via congestive heart failure.

I.S. Anand et al. (“Edema of cardiac origin. Studies of body water and sodium, renal function, hemodynamic indexes, and plasma hormones in untreated congestive cardiac failure,” Circulation, Aug. 1989) wrote …

“Total body water content was 16% above control, extracellular liquid was 33% above control, plasma volume was 34% above control, total exchangeable sodium was 37% above control, renal plasma flow was 29% of control, and glomerular filtration rate was 65% of control. Plasma norepinephrine was consistently increased (on average 6.3 times control), whereas adrenaline was unaffected. Although plasma renin activity and aldosterone varied widely, they were on average above normal (renin 9.5 times control, aldosterone 6.4 times control). Plasma atrial natriuretic peptide (14.3 times control) and growth hormone (11.5 times control) were consistently increased. Cortisol was also increased on average (1.7 times control).”

“40 years to hammer it out”

    Hammer what out, the ego?

I went through all four volumes of Butterflies Need No Taxidermist, and couldn’t find that quote. :(

Was I extemporizing on a first-Monday-of-the-month show or in a blog entry?

It’s from SNG, on the adano ley website, one of the videos, regarding kriya yoga and Jesus . He says, you can speed it up and hammer it out in 40 days (like Jesus), or use the science of kriya yoga and it takes 40 years

          Now I remember! 40 years to Self-Realization! :)

40 years with Kriya Yoga, 40 days like Jesus, but it can also be done in 40 hours, 40 minutes, or even 40 seconds.

          How is another matter.

I suspect it has something to do with the delusion of time, and overcoming it with timing.

            Thanks!

If cortisol is related. In you opinion, by superchaging or balance in cortisol, is cobalamin tonic a good helper to shrink breasts on men. Or maybe that’s not related.

    • March 20, 2016 @ 6:53 pm Atom

Yes, for several reasons. For example, the caffeine in Cobalamin Tonic (or plain coffee, for that matter) acts a lot like thyroid hormone, which helps keep estrogen, serotonin, progestin, and cortisol from contributing to waterlogged tissues.

Docs will tell you progestin and progesterone are similar. Don’t believe them; they’re blowing bubbles out their butt, mostly unintentionally because of what pharmaceutical reps tell them.

Thanks. You give me good life vibes, Sr, though the bubbles thing makes it unintentionally funny. haha!
