Breathing VOLUME is the Royal Road to Radical Longevity.

TIME CONSCIOUS EATING (Solar Nutrition) is one of the easiest ways to upgrade your breathing volume.

Gurdjieff said, “Time is breath.”

Hafiz said, “Your breath is a sacred clock. Why not use it to keep time with God’s name?”

Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) said …

“Structural realization is the ability to hold one’s breath for an entire hour. When inhalation meets exhalation, brain power increases. Yogis call it samadhi. The greater the lung power, the greater the brain power. Brain power is increased when breath enters this particular state of neutrality known as samadhi, the breathless state, hibernation, or suspended animation.”

Shallow breathing and QUIET BREATHING are not the same.

Quiet breathing is relaxed breathing. Shallow breathing is forced breathing.

Unbalanced deep breathing (UDB) is not the same as deep breathing.

Nothing is more natural or relaxed than yawning.

Animals Yawn. Even plants yawn.

No one ever tries to train their dog or cat or canary using the Buteyko Method of breath-holding.

Breath-holding is connected to a childhood ENGRAM involving childhood frustration and/or anger.

It’s connected to both the Freudian Oral and Anal stages of psychosexual development.

Breath-holding manifests between the ages of six months and eighteen months.

Breath-holding is a clever way to smoke cigarettes without smoking them.

Breath-holding is a symptom of childhood heartache and an inefficient way to polarize the heart and “clear” the Heart Meridian.

Breath-holding comes in four categories …

(1) simple breath-holding.

(2) blue-faced breath-holding.

(3) pale-faced breath-holding.

(4) alpha brain wave breath-holding.

Yawning has nothing to do with oxygen deficiency.

Olivier Walusinski (The Mystery of Yawning in Physiology and Disease, 2010) wrote …

“One of the more widespread hypotheses attempting to explain the physiology of yawning posits a role in respiration. In particular, a commonly held view is that yawning functions to equilibrate oxygen levels in the blood; however, this hypothesis remains unsupported. Provine et al showed that while breathing heightened levels of oxygen or carbon dioxide increased breathing rates, it did not influence yawning. They also demonstrated that physical exercise sufficient to double breathing rates has no effect on yawning. Therefore, contrary to popular belief, it has been concluded that yawning does not serve a respiratory function, and that yawning and breathing are controlled by a separate mechanism.”

Hyperventilation makes you dizzy.

Meditation makes you dizzy.

Both are involved in breathless methods of mediation.

Happy Revolution Around the Sun, Tommy!

Adano suggested eating Lunar for the day to celebrate one’s landing here on Planet Earth.

Breath is pretty important to me… right NOW.

I was still giving thought to your Yellow blog.

What is it when the breath is unbalanced?

    Thanks for this.
