Knee-ling Versus Walking Tall
Fear and indecision are associated with the kidneys.
Fear can make you pee your pants.
Indecision weakens the knees, and being weak-kneed can bring on urine trouble.
<>
The Kidney Meridian travels from the middle toe to the knob on the collar bone.
Yes, stubbing that toe can precipitate kidney trauma.
Hurting the left middle toe involves fear OF or FOR or ABOUT a man.
Hurting the right middle toe involves fear OF or FOR or ABOUT a woman.
The body doesn’t lie, and it knows its left side from its right, and its Yin from its Yang.
<>
Kidney 10, “Yin’s Valley,” is where this acupuncture meridian directly affects the knee.
It’s stimulated for urogenital problems, impotence, and arthritis of the knee.
The inability to choose can leave you impotent and with a frozen (carbonated) knee.
<>
The kidneys have much to do with the final phase of vitamin D metabolism, specifically related to the vitamin D precursor synthesized by the action of solar radiation on the skin.
The skin, of course, is often called the “third kidney.:
Vitamin D is necessary for calcium metabolism, which returns us to the body language of being weak-kneed again.
We need both vitamin D and calcium to “stand on our own two feet.”
<>
If you refuse to stand on your own two feet during the day, your kidneys will dump out extra calcium whenever you take a wee-wee.
When you “lie down on the job” at night, however, the kidneys will judiciously retain your much-needed calcium.
Take note and beware, shift workers, colonials of the night — lying horizontal during daylight drains your body of calcium.
<>
Daytime sunlight is your best choice of vitamin D.
Supplemental vitamin D — other-than-sunlight vitamin D — can be toxic.
Excess vitamin D can cause hypercalcinuria — excess urinary calcium — and calcified kidneys and other organs.
Assuming that no vitamin D is “available from sun-mediated skin synthesis,” all a 71-year old man or woman needs is 600 IU per day.
31–50 = 200 IU (international unit of biological activity)
51–70 = 400 IU
70-plus = 600 IU
<>
Do you have a child who wets the bed at night?
Excess urinary calcium is often involved.
<>
The hip flexors — the psoas major and the iliacus — are closely related to the kidneys.
Ditto the upper trapezius.
The upper trapezius pulls in the shoulder blade, causing the “turtle response” — fear makes you try to hide your head between your shoulders.
Worry leads to high shoulders and a caved-in chest. The puffer fish response is the antidote to the turtle response.
Puff out your chest and roll your shoulders backwards.
<>
Jogging on hard surfaces can cause the kidneys to bleed.
Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) told me …
“Thank God for pizza eaters and joggers. They keep us reflex therapists in business.”
<>
The kidney is a salt-water-energy Yin organ.
It’s the Minister of POWER.
Electric eels don’t get kidney stones, and neither should you.
<>
Ed Young (“A Scientist’s Shocking Discovery About Electric Eels,” The Atlantic, Oct. 2015) wrote …
“The electric eel is a battery, Taser, remote control, and tracking device, all in one.”
<>
An electric eel with one kidney generates less electricity.
It’s eel-advised to touch an electric eel with two kidneys.

According to “Tree’s Queer Spiral Growth Revealed by Lightning,” Popular Mechanics, Mar. 1921 …
“Trees that grow with a spiral twist, concealing a ropelike fiber under a straight bark, are not unknown, but are generally regarded as arboreal curiosities. A recent instance in which a pine tree of this curious formation was discovered through the agency of a lightning stroke, is reported by W.M. Kern, of New York City. The bolt, in its downward course, circled the trunk seven times, leaving a spiral channel in which a man’s arm could be laid, and disclosing the fact that the grain of the wood followed the same helical lines, though the bark and limbs appeared normal.”

Hello Atom! I have found your “Mind Reading for the Millions” to truly be an incredibly effective means to discover the root cause behind emotional traumas and toxic engrams…much more “user friendly” compared to techniques like NLP, Recall Healing, Muscle Response Testing, Jungian Psychology, etc.
My question comes from your excellent exploration of Color Therapy: my cousin has told me her favorite colors and according to your various e-books they translate to “father issues” and “self-worth/someone was chosen over you issues”. This got me to thinking: her parents divorced when she was young and her father was distant; now a young woman, she has been continually drawn back into a dysfunctional relationship with a divorced family man. Are her favorite colors indicating this is her trauma that she is trying to resolve by being involved in that relationship? What are some suggestions I can provide to help her see the situation more clearly and release this root/causative trauma and be free to choose healthier relationships?
Thanks Atom!

It’s common for a woman to work out her father issues with the men in her life.
If your cousin asked you for help, then advising her to yawn and stretch and go through the colors is helpful.
Body Dowsing would track down the specific Cognitive Shock, making it much easier to release and integrate.
When I was working through my mother traumas on unsuspecting wives and girlfriends, my friend Greg Whiteley laughed and said …
“Enjoy yourself. You’ll stop doing it when it gets painful enough.”
