We’re omnivores.
We can eat everything from soup to nuts, from algae to zebras, from tree bark to woolly mammoths, from ants to dates.

Henry Thomas Buckle (History of Civilization in England, Vol. 1, 1857) wrote …
“If we inquire into the most important circumstances which concerned the people of ancient Egypt, we shall see that they are exactly the counterpart of those that have been noticed in India. For, in the first place, as regards their ordinary food, what rice is to the most fertile parts of Asia, that are dates to Africa. The palm-tree is found in every country from the Tigris to the Atlantic, and it supplies millions of human beings with their daily food in Arabia, and in nearly the whole of Africa north of the equator. In many parts of the great African desert it is indeed unable to bear fruit; but naturally it is a very hardy plant, and produces dates in such profusion, that towards the north of the Sahara they are eaten not only by man, but also by domestic animals.”
According to the same source …
“‘Dates are not only the principal growth of the Fezzan oases, but the main subsistence of their inhabitants. All live on dates; men, women, and children, horses, asses, and camels, and sheep, fowls, and dogs.’ Richardson’s Travels in the Sahara, vol. ii. p. 323, and see vol. i. p. 343.”

Dates are not only an allowable food for diabetics; they reduce blood glucose.

A typical breakfast is something like 15 soaked almonds, 4 pistachios, 1 cashew, 1 walnut, 1/2 avocado, 3 Barhi dates, and 3 Kalamata olives, followed by a cup-and-a-half of coffee.

Hi Atom, Adano’s website say avocados should be eaten on their own. Is it correct?

Why do fish EXPLODE?
Omega 3 fatty acids. (“EQ (E324) has been a licensed feed antioxidant in the EU since 1970. For many years, it has been regarded as the most effective antioxidant for preventing the polyunsaturated fat in fishmeal from self-heating and spontaneously combusting during storage and transportation. Specifically, it is a legal requirement of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) to use an antioxidant such as EQ for the marine transportation of fishmeal.”

All sperm are winners.
Only one sperm in a million realize this. It’s called cell-realization.

You need a teacher to go beyond Cosmic Consciousness (according to Swami Nitty-Gritty).
A person born inside a prison doesn’t know anything about what’s outside (like Truman Burbank in the movie The Truman Show).
They don’t even know there IS an outside until they meet someone who was born there.
Then an escape plan can be formulated.

Consciousness evolves from the sympathetic nervous system, with the parasympathetic nervous system as a built-in retreat (and treat) from “too much reality.
