The reflex points for lowering intraocular pressure are associated with the cervical lymph nodes and musclesunderneath the corners ofthe jaw.

Chewing puts less stress onyour jaw than STANDING.

Yourjaw muscles are postural musclesthat work all day long overcoming gravity.

Turn your world upside down and give your jaw a rest by standing on your head once in a while.

Intraocular pressure can also be lowered by looking through your eyes from the vantage point of the back of your skull.

Didn’t know you had that option, did you?

Folks consistently looking through their eyes from the front of their skull can end up with bulging eyeballs.

I learned the above “vantage point” techniques – front, back, and mid-skull locations – from Master Chen (Yun Xiang Tseng).

Another way to lower intraocular pressure is to switch from “hard vision” (“predator vision” or “photopic vision” using cones) to “soft vision” (“theta brain wave vision” or “scotopic vision” using rods).

You may even be able to access “delta brain wave vision” (“nonphotographic vision” or “blank vision”) by activating the melanopsin-containing ganglion cells that link your body to environmental circadian rhythms.

I discovered “soft vision” spontaneously while meditating in the North Carolina woods during a 1975 “Sufi Camp” led by Adnan Sarhan.

Singers hold their head slightly forward on their neck to take the pressure off the larynx, but this also helps take pressure (slightly) off the eyes and ears.

Wiggling your jaw back and forth takes pressure off the Eustachian tubes, ears, and eyes.

Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley)taught me how to use the …

(1) cervical lymph nodes,

(2) axillary and pectoral lymph nodes, and

(3) inguinal and femoral lymph nodes …

…torelieve excess pneumatic/hydraulic pressureANYWHERE in the body.

Is it where Yawning Also comes in?

    Please, tell us more How,

    :D

Yes, yawning is the missing component of reflexology, acupressure, and acupuncture.

Otherwise, acu-systems are closed systems with no facility for EXHAUST.

More yawning info will appear in future Atom’s Blog entries. :)

    Atom,
How can one restore perfect 20/20 vision? Many people are near-sighed and there are many theories as to why this condition came about and how to fix it. What is your take on vision and vision correction?

Thank you very much and I can’t wait for the first monday of every month!

For starters, to help maintain 20/20 vision …

      (1) Eat pistachios and cherries for breakfast.

      (2) Eat sunflower seeds and lettuce for lunch.

      (3) Eat grapes at Bladder Time (3:00-5:00 pm).

      (4) Eat carrots and sea vegetables for dinner. (If you have access to purple carrots, so much the better.)

Gently and carefully massage around the orbit of the eyes on an hourly basis (the 2 halves of a 2-hour Organ Time = Input and Output).
