Mind Creates Matter
It’s almost never, “WHAT is the matter with me?”
It’s almost always, “WHO is the matter with me?”
“WHEN is the matter with me?” is the link between the two.

“Psychological” means we *think* we experience pain.
“Psychosomatic” means we *do* experience actual pain … degeneration … disease … aging, etc.
Mind creates Matter (the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly), not the other way around.

John Sarno, M.D. (The Divided Mind: The Epidemic of Mindbody Disorders, 2006) wrote …
“The type of symptom and its location in the body is not important so long as it fulfills its purpose of diverting attention from what is transpiring in the unconscious. On occasion, however, the choice of symptom location may even contribute to the diversion process, something that is common with psychosomatic disorders. For example, a man who experiences the acute onset of pain in his arm while swinging a tennis racket will naturally assume that it was something about the swing that hurt his arm. The reality is that his brain has decided that the time is ripe for a physical diversion and chooses that moment to initiate the pain, because the person will assume that it stems from an injury, not a brain-generated physical condition that caused the pain. How does the brain manage this trick? It simply renders a tendon in the arm slightly oxygen deprived, which results in pain. This is how ‘tennis elbow’ got its name. If that sounds bizarre, diabolical, or self-destructive, you will see later that it is in reality a protective maneuver. My colleagues and I have observed it in thousands of patients.”

Spencer Timothy Hall (Mesmeric Experiences, 1845) wrote …
“Elizabeth Nicholson, aged seventeen, residing with her mother, in Water-lane, Carlisle, was known to the Rev. Mr. White, of that city. She came to me during my sojourn there, exceedingly deaf. For four years she had not heard thunder, and had abstained from attendance at any place of worship because she could not hear the services. In the course of a few minutes, I threw her by the ordinary method of passes over the head and eyes into the sleep, and she awoke very much improved in her hearing. Next day I mesmerised her once in private, and again, in the evening, before a large audience at the Athenæum, Mr. White, the minister just mentioned, being chairman, and (after she was awoke) testing her hearing in a variety of experiments, by which it was proved that she could now distinctly hear and reply to a very minute whisper made at some distance behind her. I mesmerised her again on the fourth day from our first interview, when she considered herself quite cured, and able to hear as well as she could wish.”

MILLIONS of cases as amazing as the above exist.
You won’t learn about them in school.

“It [your liver] has a fascinating twenty-four-hour cycle. During the day, while you are awake, it produces bile, which helps to emulsify and digest fat. At night, while you are resting, it breaks down glycogen into the glucose that you will need for energy to be your dynamic self when you awake.” — Edward R. Dewey & Og Mandino (1971)
Yes, *that* Og Mandino.

Richard Mineards (“Montecito Miscellany,” Montecito Journal, Jun. 28-Jul. 5, 2018) wrote …
“Montecito TV host Ellen DeGeneres has joined a gaggle of celebrities urging Indonesia’s president to ban the brutal trade in dog and cat meat for human consumption.
“The appeal comes after local campaigners against animal cruelty and Humane Society International exposed markets on the island of Sulawesi, where dogs were bludgeoned to death in the thousands and blow-torched alive to remove their hair before onlookers, including children.”
