Sir Jagadis Chandra Bose did it, and even wrote a book about it (Response in the Living and Non-living, 1902).
Did mainstream scientists reward him for his research?
No. They PUNISHED him for it.

Anyone who eats fish, fish oil. algae, or other marine products has a brain overflowing with DHA.
That’s why desert people are the healthiest people on Earth — they have no access to DHA from any source.
