I’ve had over 100 chiropractors work on me over the years – mostly as trades for Systems Reflexology sessions.

Many chiropractors have taken my Solar Nutrition and Body Language workshops.

I was a Chiropractic Assistant in the 1970s.

On a scale of 1 to 100, I’d rate the chiropractors who worked on me from 5 to 99.

The absolute best chiropractor I experienced wasn’t even a licensed chiropractor.

He was Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley).

A spinal activator is a device many chiropractors use to move spinal vertebrae.

Swami Nitty-Gritty used it to mobilize cranial bones in ways that would blow the minds of craniosacral therapists.

He confounded dentists by changing people’s “bite” patterns completely.

The second best chiropractor I ever met is now on cosmic vacation.

She was Emma Gay Chitwood of Chandler, Texas – population 2,000 or so.

She adjusted my nose, brow, ears, and a lot more.

Remember, bones don’t move muscles – muscles move bones.

And …

Muscles don’t move nerves – nerves move muscles.

Joe Smith often crosses his leg over his knee.

A chiropractor may look for a problem in the lumbar vertebrae.

A kinesiologist may look for a problem with the piriformis, underactive gluteal muscles, or overactive hip flexors.

An acupuncturist may look for a problem with the Large Intestine, Circulation-Sex, or Triple Heater meridians.

A Body Language Technician may look for a problem with “being alone,” sexual issues, or “lack of will power.”

If I had the money, I’d visit a COMPETENT chiropractor twice a week.

(1) A competent chiropractor should spend a minimum of 15 minutes with you.

(2) A competent chiropractor won’t show you the Parker wall chart with the “up” and “down” graph.

Many more chiropractors are needed in our capitalist society to DRIVE THEIR PRICE DOWN …

… and folks need to be taught AUTOPRACTIC in high school. :)

        Bikram Yoga is not for sickly, weak, obese, or those overly accustomed to air conditioning – a major cause of atherosclerosis, by the way.

        Steelworkers were once accustomed to much higher temperatures.

        The crucial word is “accustomed.”

        50 percent humidity is a better choice.

        Don’t forget to pant – and enjoy the benefits of an air-cooled engine. :)

    Does the brain move nerves? In parkinsons current medical practices prescribe levadopa for the symptoms. If you could describe ones nerves in parkinsons like an engine, is it misfiring or is there no spark at all? Are there any good medical amnesia texts on parkinsons?

      All “dis-eases” – including serious ones like Parkinson’s syndrome – are associated with an ENGRAM.

      Curiously, studies have shown a sugar pill improves Parkinson’s more – and for a longer period of time – than L-dopa.

      Yes, there’s an abundance of “medical amnesia” regarding Parkinson’s.

      Case in point is Jakob Berl writing in 1921 …

      “Demonstration of a patient with Parkinson’s disease, markedly improved by suggestion. This is cited as disproving the significance of the case of endocrine ‘cure’ of Parkinson’s disease, as reported by Kuhl.”

      Swami Nitty-Gritty commented, “People with Parkinson’s are stuck in ‘Park’.”

      Here’s the optimum order of questioning …

      (1) Who’s the matter with you?

      (2) When’s the matter with you?

      (3) What’s the matter with you?

    Re: What about scoliosis?

    Scoliosis can be helped with a technique called Oscillation Massage.

    It also works wonders for any type of vertebral displacement.

    Maybe one day I can do a demonstration on YouTube when I get more tech-savvy.

    I certify folks in Reflexology and Reflex Microsystems, and Oscillation Massage is always included in my workshops.

    Nutritional tip for the spine …

    Cow bones are not rendered into calcium supplements.

    They’re rendered into gelatin.

    So are pig bones and pig skin.

    Quality protein, aligned with the 3 Growth Zones, is food for the spine.

    Cow or pig gelatin is NOT quality protein.

    Silicon and boron foods strengthen the spine.

    Excess calcium ages the spine – BMI (bone mass index) is an index of compromised skeletal longevity.

    For additional info on the dangers of excess calcium, consult Calciphylaxis, 1962, by the Canadian endocrinologist, Hans Selye.

    Dr. Selye is famous for his book, The Stress of Life, 1984, but when he bum-rapped calcium, Calciphylaxis “disappeared” off book store counters and library shelves.

      Just Yawn (oxygen) and Stretch (nitrogen and phosphorus) Your Weight Away.

      See Chapter 9 of Yes No Maybe: Chronobiotic Nutrition, 2004, 2010.

      It takes as much effort to yawn and stretch effectively to deflate weight as it does to scientifically and regularly work out at a gym.

      Most folks working out at a gym or doing Yoga or Tai Chi are damaging their body because they don’t understand how twitch tension gradation and multitasking of muscle force can free them from muscular habituation (and emotional trauma).
