Egg yolk lecithin resonates with the genitals in the evening (Zone 3).
That’s why egg yolk lecithin and the egg-yolk-derived drug AL 721 are used againstthe HIV virus, not midday (Zone 2) soy lecithin or morning (Zone 1) walnut lecithin.
Lecithin is an essential part of the adrenal medulla’s chemico-metabolic back-up to the sympathetic nervous system.
One antiretroviral drug was first synthesized from anchovies, also an evening (Zone 3) food.
The HIV virus requires an alkaline (catabolic)therapy, whereas AIDS requires an acidic (anabolic) one.
Laboratory-made free-form or peptide-bound L-tryptophan is a midday (Zone 2) supplement, not an evening (Zone 3) IMPLEMENT.
Manufactured L-tryptophan causes some folks to skip the initial stages of sleep and proceed directly to the REM stage, missing out onboth the alpha stage of sleep and the NREM stage, the span where regenerative and longevity-supportive delta brain waves dominate.
Swami Nitty-Gritty (Adano Ley) wrote …
“At evening when the rays of the Sun are diminished, foods that grow underground are ideal. Nature did not intend us to consume large quantities of food at night, therefore selections and variations are limited, but balanced, in their chemical relationship.”
Kathleen DesMaisons, Ph.D. (Potatoes Not Prozac, 1998) wrote …
“Make sure you have a baked potato before you go to bed. It will help your serotonin function and will support the normalization of your sleep pattern.”
A dextrinized baked potato is your highest choice.
The lower the dextrinization temperature – avoiding pyrodetrins – the healthier the baked potato is for you.
Combining a dextrinized baked potato with dextrinized mushrooms is a suitable source of protein for vegetarians.

Thanks, Janet! :)
A potato is easily dextrinized by baking it in an oven.
A potato “baked” in aluminum foil is NOT a baked or dextrinized potato – it’s a steamed potato.
A microwaved potato is not dextrinized at all.
Mushrooms are dextrinized in 2 steps …
(1) cooking them, then
(2) exposing them to low heat (180-200 degrees Fahrenheit) for a minimum of one hour.
Avoid raw mushrooms.
Whenever I order a “health food” salad, I request, “Please don’t put any raw fungus on my salad.”
The shape of a mushroom indicates what part of the body cooked mushrooms are good for …
… and mushrooms – as soft as they seem – are powerful enough to break through a solid asphalt driveway overnight.

Here’s more on mushrooms …
Swami Nitty-Gritty said, “A ruptured tongue fungates. B-6 and cofactors are in the black mushroom. The black mushroom is for fungated tissue. A mushroom looks like a tongue. Soak black mushrooms with onions, bamboo shoots, and de-veined shrimp to get a healthy film back on the tongue.”
Mushrooms are high in glucosamine, an amino sugar used to alleviate the symptoms of arthritis.

Dear Atom : )
Would you, please, tell us more about sunflower lecithin?
THANK YOU! : D
August 2, 2011 @ 1:20 pm atomb
Eat raw sunflower seeds for their let’s-get-thin.
Sunflower lecithin “tames” cholesterol when eaten during Small Intestine Time (1:00-3:00 pm), a TIME PORTAL to the liver.

: ) Thank you, Atom!, and Sunflower is always welcome indeed! (and In/On time when food : )
What if we just want to Stay-thin/or as we are? 1) : )
2) What (other than non-timely foods), if any, should better be Avoided when ‘combining’ with sunflower lecithin, or the other lecithin/s you write about in the entry above?
3) Will (or how would) cutting a potato in smaller pieces/chunks change its dextronization while baking it?
(Found sunflower lecithin in the NaturalNews Store – whoever may be interested in trying it.)
THANK YOU!

(1) Lecithin reduces residual weight, not structural weight (unless you overdo it).
(2) Sunflower seeds go with any Zone 2 Growth Period food except melons.
The rule is, “Melons: Eat ’em alone or leave ’em alone.”
(3) Use a lower temperature on small chunks of potato to avoid excess caramelization.
