“Pansteatitis [yellow fat disease] is caused by the consumption of high levels of unsaturated fatty acids and/or the insufficient intake of vitamin E, leading to inflammation of adipose tissue. This disease has been related to fish-based diets. However, non-conventional diets must also be considered. The authors present case records of two cats with pansteatitis, for which diet consisted mostly of pig’s brain, comparing them with eight cases of disease in cats eating mainly oily fish.”

“It is known that pig’s brain is very rich in lipids (39.5-42.5%) of which 60% are unsaturated (Ferreira and Graca 1981). Associated with an insufficient intake of vitamin E, this diet may also lead to the formation of reactive peroxides, resulting in the development of pansteatitis.”

“Many researchers still refer to lard as a ‘saturated fat,’ but this is simply incorrect when pigs are fed soybeans and corn.”
According to Wikipedia …
“Soybean oil is one of the vegetable oils that contain a significant amount of the omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (18:3n−3, ALA). Other plant oils containing ALA include canola, walnut, hemp, and flax.”
Corn is low in omega-3 fatty acids, but high in omega-6.
Corn is also notorious for being high in mycotoxins — but, then again, so is coconut oil, milk thistle, black pepper, dried ginger, and pistachios (grown in the tropics).

The fresher the food, the higher the vitamin E content.
Almonds are probably the best source, followed by pistachios, Brazil nuts, and olive oil.
Cheese, butter, and kale are good midday sources.
Eggs and whole sardines are good evening sources.
I’m currently rotating excess polyunsaturated fatty acids out of my body, so I’m temporarily avoiding all seafood (including algae).
According to Ray Peat, “The ratio of saturated fatty acids to polyunsaturated fatty acids is decreased in cancer. Omega-3 fats promote metastasis.”
Dr. Emanuel Revici (1896-1997), one of the world’s foremost lipid researchers, came to the same conclusion.

According to Medical Medium Anthony Williams, the effect of a consistently high fat diet on the liver is to burden/ stagnate it to the point that it can no longer protect the Pancreas- which cannot deal with fat, so that insulin production eventually decreases, leading to Diabetes and other issues (incl. “yellow fat disease”?).
I’ve experienced that eating high fat-sugar/ carbo combinations (ice cream, flan, cake) create some toxic, congestive forces in my body, that can instantly be alleviated with a cup of black coffee.
But my favorite remedy for any malady digestive or eliminatory, is raw ginger.

Coffee is a true superfood! :)
Ginger helps prevent Yellow Fat Disease of the liver, esp. when taken at Heart Governor Time (7:00-9:00 p.m.).
Ginger is a better blood-thinner than Warfarin (according to Johns Hopkins).

Foods containing vitamin E protect the liver (and heart and kidneys too).
Concerning fatty liver, there are many variables, but polyunsaturated fatty acids and estrogen dominance are major factors.
Yellow fat disease attacks most living organisms, from yeast to dogs, from flies to horses, from bees to human beings.
Lipofuscin/ceroid pigments attack the liver, heart, kidneys, adrenal glands, skeletal muscles, brain, retina, nerves, ovarian cells, mitochondria, lysosomes, etc.

A vitamin E supplement should list the precise amounts of all four tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, and delta) on the label, and NOT contain any of the four tocotrienols — a pharmaceutical industry scam to negate the effectiveness of tocopherols.
The insider dirty secret is that tocopherols protect against ESTROGEN, not just DHA, EPA, and ALA.
All plants contain tocopherols (mostly in the seeds and fruits, and less in the leaves).
Tocotrienols are rare in Nature, something dear to the hearts of pharmaceutical company CEOs.

Estrogen + polyunsaturated fatty acids are the major causes of cellulite. Men rarely get it.
It takes a minimum of four years to “change your oil” (including liver cellulite).
I’m looking for a faster way. :)

Mycotoxins contaminate one-quarter (possibly more) of the world’s crops.
Millions die (quickly or slowly) from this worldwide epidemic, but you won’t read or hear about it in the media.
Food rejected because of mycotoxins often ends up as animal feed, contaminating meat and milk.
We either need to (1) grow our own food, (2) buy from local farmers, and/or (3) know our food from field to fork.
The effects of mycotoxins are synergistic, so cultivating a healthy immune system is essential.
