Okinawa is officially designated as a Blue Zone — a demographic and/or geographic area where people live longer lives.
It may soon lose its status because junk food is now shortening the lives of Okinawa’s grandchildren.
American fast food is accomplishing what environmental poisoning (thanks to the U.S. military) hasn’t been able to do since the Second World War.
Okinawa is known as the “junk heap of the Pacific,” and it’s overflowing with large amounts of toxic waste, including but not limited to …

Agent Green

Agent Orange II
Agent Orange III

Jon Mitchell (“Okinawa: The junk heap of the Pacific,” The Japan Times, Nov. 11, 2013) wrote …
“The Pentagon is the largest polluter on the planet, producing more toxic waste than the top three U.S. chemical manufacturers combined. In 2008, 25,000 of its properties within the U.S. were found to be contaminated, and more than 100 of these were classified by the Environmental Protection Agency as Superfund sites, meaning they warranted urgent cleanup.”
According to the same source …
“Although such lax environmental controls were common on U.S. military bases all over the world at this time, Okinawa’s problems were exacerbated by the geopolitical gray zone in which it existed. Throughout the 1945-1972 U.S. occupation, the island was not protected by American law or the Japanese Constitution, so the Pentagon stored large stockpiles of chemical and atomic weapons there — and nuclear-powered submarines made regular pit stops in Okinawa.”
Well, what the U.S. military couldn’t do with toxic chemicals is now being accomplished with American fast food.
It’s time to let the potheads out of prison and replace them with American fast food murderers.

“Psoriasis is mostly a vitamin D and E deficiency, also [vitamin] B-4. Apply wheat germ oil and apple cider vinegar in a one-to-one ratio, and follow with five to six minutes of exposure to ultraviolet light. Sunbathing is also good while rubbed down with wheat germ oil and apple cider vinegar. Rub it on the posterior of the body because the liver is mostly involved in psoriasis.”
He also said …
“Psoriasis acts a little like herpes — T-9 [ninth thoracic vertebra] is always sore. Expose the spine to the ultraviolet radiation spectrum. Rub the spine, especially T-9, a liver reflex, with sulfur and bentonite.”

99% of all the world’s food is manufactured, not grown.
GMOs are the tip of the iceberg, designed to mislead folks about the all-encompassing extent of the problem.
The world’s manufactured foods are designed for profit, not for human and environmental health.
The horses have not only been let out of the barn, but the barn has been burned down to prevent any return.

Re: I read that raw potato is toxic.
Trypsin is an anti-cancer agent.
Since raw sweet potato contains trypsin inhibitors easily destroyed by cooking, I personally bake my sweet potatoes to a fare-thee-well.
Some people lessen the effect by juicing their sweet potatoes and letting the starch settle to the bottom.
(Raw sweet potato can be used therapeutically for pancreatitis by a knowledgeable specialist.)

“The most profound delusion of New Age thought in my view is the idea that we are ‘evolving’ through our experience. I can see how it looks that way, but this is the spiritual version of the theory of evolution attributed quite wrongly to Charles Darwin (see And the Truth Shall Set You Free). While the ‘Darwin’ theory speaks of the survival of the fittest and genetic change triggered by necessity over aeons, so the New Age believes in a cycle of repeating experience in this world called reincarnation, through which we evolve over the vastness of time. The idea is that we move between the physical earth and the ‘spiritual’ realms experiencing every life possibility. In doing so, it is said, we learn and evolve spiritually to reach higher vibrations and eventually merge with the One. But we are already Infinite Oneness and All Possibility. Why do we need to evolve into something we already are? This belief is a crucial means through which the Matrix maintains its grip on our reality, not only in the Time Loop, but in its non-‘physical’ levels too.” — David Icke
