“I have heartburn. Do you know anything I can do for it?” a man asked.

“Let me ask you a crazy question,” I replied. “When you think of your heartburn, what’s the first color that comes to your mind?”

“Orange,” he said.

“Are you having any issues related to sex?” I tactfully continued.

“Not at all. Nothing. Nada, Zilch. Zero,” he emphatically replied.

I probed no more. We discussed other subjects for five or ten minutes.

Later, he asked, “By the way, my wife and I have genital herpes. Do you know anything we can do for it?”

“Hmm,” I thought, but didn’t say, “So you’re not having any sexual issues, eh?”

The color orange corresponds to the genitals and the Second Endocrine Acceleration.

It’s the color of social and sexual communication.

It increases the appetite for both food and sex.

The above story is slightly changed to protect the identity of the couple with herpes.

The best way to couple the body back into circadian synchrony and high-level wellness (other than getting a circadian transplant) is by utilizing the Liver Meridian and its shunts, the Stomach, Small Intestine, and Circulation-Sex meridians.

For example: tomato juice and molasses at Small Intestine Time.

Karl-Arne Stokkan, Shin Yamazaki, Hajime Tei, Yoshiyuki Sakaki, & Michael Menaker (Entrainment of the Circadian Clock in the Liver by Feeding, Science, January 19, 2001) wrote …

“Our results demonstrate that feeding cycles can entrain the liver independently of the SCN and the light cycle, and they suggest the need to reexamine the mammalian circadian hierarchy. They also raise the possibility that peripheral circadian oscillators like those in the liver may be coupled to the SCN primarily through rhythmic behavior, such as feeding.”

Hello Atom!!! Just love your shows! Please clarify the perfect time to take Patrick’s Sulfur? After listening last couple radio shows I got confused on exact best timing of the Sulfur intake and what is the best medium to mix it in for best results – water, lemon water, orange or there is a better solution for Sulfur? Thank you, Galina K.

      Thank you, Galina! :)

For simplicity’s sake, Elemental Sulfur Time is anytime between 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

10 to 30 minutes of sun exposure between the hours of 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (depending on the season, air quality, and the darkness of your skin) is the ideal time to manufacture vitamin D sulfate.

Sulfur is best mixed with Growth Zone 2 food (except melons).

The Melon Rule is, “Eat ’em alone or leave ’em alone.”

The Citrus Rule is also, “Eat ’em alone or leave ’em alone.”

Besides, citrus is a Growth Zone 1 food.

Most people just want to eat on time to be healthy, but here’s some technical information in case you’re interested …

Sulfur has 2 times and an overlap.

The overlap is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Sulfur Yellow Time is from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.

Sulfur Green Time is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
