Kriya Breath Control is yawning with a Ph.D. – Life Force Control (dynamic yawning).

The practice of Life Force Control leads to Qi Without Engrams.

Kriya Breath Control is a secular variant of Kriya Yoga.

Patanjali described Kriya Yoga …

“Liberation can be attained by the pranayama which is accomplished by disjoining the course of inspiration and expiration.”

A central principle of Kriya Breath Control (and Qi Without Engrams) is …

“LONGEVITY can be attained by the pranayama which is accomplished by disjoining the course of inspiration and expiration.”

A favorable side benefit is weight optimization.

Longevity and weight optimization are byproducts of each other, in an ever-ascending spiral of high-level wellness.

Yawning, a stretch syndrome, is essential to human health and evolution.

Olivier Walusinski wrote …

“Behavioral pattern continuity from prenatal to postnatal life shows a strict parallelism between the ontogeny of REM sleep and yawning. Basically, REM sleep in the human declines from 50% of total sleep time (8 h) and a frequency of 30-50 yawns per day in the newborn to 15% of total sleep time (1 h) and less than 20 yawns per day in the adult. This decrease takes place mainly between birth and the end of puberty.”

A yawn is one of the first signs of recovery from disease or psychosis.

Yawning is part of a generalized stretch known as pandiculation.

According to Adano …

“The Great Spirit is the Great Breath. A body gains three ounces at birth and loses three ounces at death. Walk the wind – Paul was talking fundamental biological physics.”

An ENGRAM is a “memory trace,” as defined by Richard Semon (1859-1918).

The term was coined over a hundred years ago, before Dianetics and Scientology adopted it for their own purposes.

    L. Ron Hubbard (Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health, 1950, 2007) wrote …

“The engram is a moment of ‘unconsciousness’ containing physical pain or painful emotion and all perceptions and is not available to the analytical mind as experience.”

This definition is partly true, and Atom prefers to call this reassessed version of the engram a “toxic engram.”

Sometimes an engram is “available to the analytical mind as experience,” and mostly it’s not.

Think this is my favourite blog post yet! Thanks Atom..

    1. Can you define / expand on the ‘disjoining’ of the in and our breath!? – Does it mean increasing the gap inbetween, or is this a by product, or simply nothing to do with it!?

    2. Weight optimisation – why are there no body builders or fat people that seem to achieve levels of self / God realisation etc? Is it that health is necessary for these realisations / enlightenments? Is it just because of the slender body type of indians and they are mainly the ones who seem to be going down the ‘god route,’ that we link the godly realm, to the skinny almost malnourished look of the cave dweller?!

    3. ‘high level wellness’ – i take this to include physical strength, the ability to be able to lift, fight, swim etc. But, this does not seem to be a priority of the yogis for example, is there a shortfall on their part, do you believe, with a bias against the relative/physical level? Again where are the self realised bodybuilders / cross-fitters!? IS it that interests do not coincide? Or that time does not allow proficiency in two disparate fields? If its a time issue perhaps technology can help us progress in fields faster e.g. neurofeedback

    4. Do you think my / our focus on bodily strength is perhaps to our detrement? As Joe Rogan said on a podcast, “Aliens don’t do crossfit!” The archetypal alien is un-muscular, un-sexual etc. If you’ve got the Babaji factor and do not need food and you can de-materialise at will then a massive bench press isn’t that useful!

      1) The PAUSE between each inhalation and exhalation is like the empty space inside a car or house.

The Qi is in the PAUSE.

      2) There are a few Self Realized athletes and bodybuilders.

The Great Gama and the Mighty Atom come to mind.

God Realized folks are VERY, VERY, VERY rare.

      3) High Level Wellness involves mastery of the Final Chakra – the first one.

You can’t bump your nose and yell “Ouch!” in any other chakra.

      4) Muscles are inflatable balloons, and can be deflated on command performance.

Muscles are the same as the flag.

One monk said, “The flag is moving.”

A second said, “The wind is moving.”

A third said, “Neither is moving. The mind is moving.”

A fourth said, “The Unified Field is moving the mind.”

      So much for mindfulness. ;)
