Scamming the Entire World
Blue light is a minor threat (sometimes major) to anyone eating excess omega 3 fatty acids.
Red light and orange glasses won’t protect you from Yellow Fat Disease.
<>
Re: How much is excess? Give an example please.
It varies between individuals.
Tests should be available, but they’re NOT.
<>
Re: What’s worse? Omega 3 or omega 6?
It was a breeze writing NINE e-books about how omega 3 fatty acids cause Yellow Fat Disease, but I wouldn’t be able to even write half a book about what omega 6 fatty acids cause.
That doesn’t mean omega 6 fatty acids aren’t also a menace.
Monsanto/Bayer — on the sly, of course — is currently earning billions of dollars preventing Yellow Fat Disease worldwide by replacing omega 3 fatty acids with omega 6 fatty acids.
Global sales of fish meat now exceed cattle meat, which wouldn’t be possible without Monsanto/Bayer.
How’s that for irony?
Monsanto — on the sly, of course — was already preventing Yellow Fat Disease with synthetic vitamin E pesticide since the 1960s.
This synthetic vitamin E pesticide is now only legal for use in Norway’s and France’s fishing industry, so Monsanto has moved on to larger and more profitable ways to fight Yellow Fat Disease.
Remember how Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw praised Monsanto because of this in their 1982 book, Life Extension?
For those who don’t, remember …
Those Who Cannot Remember the Medical Past Are Condemned to Repeat It.
<>
Re: How is Monsanto involved in fish meat? Farmed fish?
Monsanto has three patents on one GMO soy bean.
It delays Yellow Fat Disease in farmed fish.
Not only that, it doesn’t clog up fast-food restaurant processing machines.
Why in regards to both?
Because omega 3 fatty acids are reduced.
Bayer/Monsanto head honchos and beaker boys know omega 3 fatty acids cause clogged arteries, not cholesterol.
And that’s true for clogged machinery as well.
At the same time — betting on both teams — they sell the very DHA/EPA products targeted by their primary product.
How’s that for entrepreneurship?
And the average Joe and Jane don’t have a clue in a carload.

Ray Peat (“The Great Fish Oil Experiment,” 2007) wrote …
“The products of PUFA decomposition include acrolein, malondialdehyde, hydroxynonenal, crotonaldehyde, ethane, pentane, and the neuroprostanes, which are prostaglandin-like molecules formed from DHA by free radical lipid peroxidation products, especially in the brain and at a higher level in Alzheimer’s disease.”
People taking fish oil, flax oil, hemp seeds, chia seeds, DHA, EPA, ALA, omega 3 fatty acids are paying to age themselves.
And if you think vitamin E is the cure for Yellow Fat Disease, I’ve got a bridge to sell you!

Happy New You Atom! Does cheesecake count as the “melted cheese” that you and Adano caution against eating for the health of the gastrointestinal tract? If so, are there ways a person who eats it regularly – at least once a week – can modify the recipe or eat along with it to reduce the undesirable effects of the “melted cheese”? Does the refined sugar used in traditional cheesecake recipes help in some way?

Cheesecake is made with cream cheese, 99% of it manufactured using guar gum or carrageenan stabilizers.
Comparisons are tricky, but cream cheese might be even worse than melted cheese.
Cheesecake is a Growth Zone 2 Midday food, so eat it at midday once in a while to keep your immunity updated and alert or as a “comfort food” if you must.
