Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) defined the SEA OF MARROW as the “bone marrow, spinal fluid, and brain fluid.”
He said, “Kidneys control marrow.”
The “sea of marrow” plays a crucial role in Longevity Lifestyles.
According to “Live To Be 125: Serum made from the bone marrow of cadavers is believed by Russian scientist to be possible weapon against old age, cancer, and high blood pressure,” Science News Letter, Jan. 8, 1944 …
“The usual life span of man, he [Prof. Alexander A. Bogomolets] believes, should be 125 to 150 years, since the life span of an animal is five to six times longer than its period of maturation.”
One of the greatest enemies of the “sea of marrow” is acetaminophen-based over-the-counter painkillers, which may be responsible for as much as 20% of all kidney diseases that require dialysis or kidney transplants, and 25% – 50% if you count acetaminophen-based suicides – of all fatal liver disease in the U.S.
(My research suggests that acetaminophen interferes with L-methionine metabolism.)
Atmospheric pressure is a factor in bone healing.
According to “Healing Times Affected By High Altitude, Science News Letter, Jan. 13, 1945 …
“The bones that heal slowly after breaks at high altitudes are those that manufacture red blood cells in their marrow. Bones that do not manufacture red blood cells, slowest to heal at low altitudes, heal faster at high altitudes.”
Adano advised, “Bonding of the bone occurs in two ways – welding, which leaves a lip, and fusion, which makes the place of the break stronger than before. If you don’t polarize the bone after the break, it will heal with a lip.”
Adano used a TENS unit to polarize bone, but bone can also be polarized by RECYCLING – initiating the uninhibited flow of the body’s own healing energies, akin to KRIYAS in Yoga and STREAMING in Reichian and Bioenergetic therapies.
Adano recommended the following nutritional protocol to support the repolarization of bone …
(1) a tablespoon of powdered dolomite (for calcium and magnesium),
(2) goat cheese or sheep cheese of the feta variety (for calcium and fluorine),
(3) a teaspoon or more of clarified butter (for silicon and calcium),
(4) a dill pickle (for sodium and silicon),
(5) raw spinach (for iron), and
(6) cayenne pepper (for “constriction-dilation”).
This protocol is more effective at the second half of Heart Time (12 noon to 1:00 pm).

Hi Atom!
Bone broth – what is your experience with this food and does its timing correspond with the animal from which it came (e.g. cow = midday food, fish = evening food etc.) or is there more to the story?
Happy new days,
Thomas

You’ve got the story right, Thomas! :)
It’s cow bone broth at midday and fish bone broth at night
Cow bones are rendered into gelatin, not calcium, giving an insight about what strong bones are REALLY about.
Here’s a mini At-OM Rant …
Food processing messes with Time Conscious Eating – isinglass from the swim bladders of fish is found in most beer, wine, and fruit juices.
Unless you’re growing your own food from heirloom seeds, it’s impractical to be completely “on time” in our manufactured food environment.
Lunar Nutrition – cafeteria-style eating – is built into our corporate food processing system.
John (Fire) Lame Deer wrote, “We medicine men try to doctor our sick, but we suffer from many new diseases, from the white man’s food and white man’s living, and we have no herbs for that.”

Tomato juice and molasses is an ideal Heart Tonic for the last hour of Heart Time (12:00 noon to 1:00 pm).
Ditto oatmeal. :)
Grapes are ideal at Bladder Time (3:00-5:00 pm).
All these are “OK” from 11:30 am to 7:00 pm.
