Slow Wave Delta Power
The Father of Neurofeedback (Dr. Joe Kamiya) trained people to play The Star Spangled Banner with their alpha/theta brainwaves.
But he didn’t master DELTA.

Dr. Barbara B. Brown (1921–1999) coined the word “biofeedback.” She could teach the average person to control a single specific cell inside their body in one hour of time.
But she didn’t master DELTA.
<>
Elmer and Alyce Green of the Menninger Foundation “invented” clinical biofeedback in the 1960s, measuring the brainwaves of yogis and adepts all over the world.
But they didn’t master DELTA.
(Well, in their case, who knows for sure?)

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …
“When you look inside, you can travel at the speed of light squared. Outside, the fastest you can travel is the speed of light. Delta level is the speed of light.”
<>
At the speed of light, light travels no distance and takes no time to do it.
<>
Re: Is that what is meant by speed of thought?
DELTA is the speed of ZEN — the Zenith of Thought (BLANK).
<>
Richard Feynman noted that a single cup of the zero-point energy that pervades the universe contains enough energy to “boil all the world’s oceans.”

H.C. pointed a loaded gun at Adano Ley, and he taunted H.C. to pull the trigger.
“SHOOT ME!” he yelled (three times, according to Nitty-Gritty Numerology)
“When you’re traveling the same speed as the bullet, no one can shoot you,” Adano later explained.
<>
Re: Any tales when the trigger was pulled point blank?
Nope. H.C. lost his nerve and put the gun away.
H.C. was one of my best buds back in the day. The last time I saw him was at the 2007 Adano Ley Reunion at Two Creek Ranch in Fayetteville, Texas.

Brainwaves Explained …
1) Beta is reading the book.
2) Alpha is writing the book.
3) Theta is erasing the book.
4) Delta is the entire book erased.
5) Omega is, “There is no book.”

Boy: “There is no spoon.”
Neo: “There is no spoon?”
Boy: “Then you’ll see it’s not the spoon that bends. It is only your self.”
