Soil Sucked Into Food
By Atom Bergstrom
Soils are depleted … but NOT the food we eat. How is this possible?
The nutrients are sucked out of the soil and INTO the food.
You’d never buy a nutrient-depleted food unless you were starving (a possibility thanks to the Biden Crime Family).

According to Dr. Google …
“Magnesium is the central core of the chlorophyll molecule in plant tissue. Thus, if Mg is deficient, the shortage of chlorophyll results in poor and stunted plant growth.”
(Would you buy shriveled up, brown lettuce?)
… & …
“Iron (Fe) deficiency chlorosis is a major nutritional disorder for crops growing in calcareous soils, and causes decreases in vegetative growth as well as marked yield and quality losses.”
(Would you buy yellow plants that are supposed to be green?)
… & …
“Calcium deficiency symptoms appear initially as localized tissue necrosis leading to stunted plant growth, necrotic leaf margins on young leaves or curling of the leaves, and eventual death of terminal buds and root tips. Generally, the new growth and rapidly growing tissues of the plant are affected first.”
(Necrotic leaf margins? Curled leaves? No way, no day! You’d walk away!)
… & …
“A plant cannot complete its life cycle without boron, and without plants, we animals would be out of luck.”
(A plant with no boron would never make it to the supermarket. Incidentally, we can live a long and healthy life without boron despite what supplement marketers tell you.)
… & …
“Sulfur deficiency. Classic symptom description is yellowing of new leaves (in the whorl, sometimes with interveinal striping), with lower (older) leaves remaining uniform green.”
(No sale!)
… & …
“Chloride deficiency symptoms have been observed and characterized in several crops and can vary, but the two most common symptoms are chlorosis in the younger leaves and an overall wilting. Necrosis of some parts of the plant, leaf bronzing, and reduction in root and leaf growth may also occur.”
(No sale!)
… & …
“If nitrogen is low, crops suffer from chlorosis, starting in older foliage because plants reallocate N from mature to newer leaves. N starvation hinders the overall growth and decreases the establishment of fruits.”
(No sale!)
… & …
“Without a proper supply of potassium, disease resistance fails, crop production slows, and plants are more likely to die.”
(No sale!)

Why do “wild” salmon “managed” by the government have such a high rate of cataracts?
Why do hospital patients end up with such a high rate of cataracts?
Enquiring minds wanna know!

Q — My family all have cataracts. Is this just another looking glass technology?
A — Age-related lipofuscin accumulation-mediated retinal toxicity caused by omega 3 fatty acids is part of the problem.
The question is, “Do humans suffer from both “cloudy eye” and cataracts as fish do?” (Why would humans be that different?)

Peaty-Peeps constantly misquote Ray Peat by confusing the reduction of omega 3 fatty acids with the reduction of lipofuscin. Nothing could be further from the truth!
Omega 3 fatty acids are the moths eating your clothes while lipofuscin is the damage caused by those “moths.”
If 40% of your evening gown is devoured, are you going to resew it or buy a new one?
How can you regenerate a shriveled-up, shrunken heart, a typical omega 3 fatty acid longevity-destroyer known as “pigmentary atrophy of the heart” and “shrunken heart disease?”
According to Experimental Gerontology (Mar. 2001) …
“The amount of the aging pigment, lipofuscin, found in replicating cells depends both on its rate of formation as well as its rate of dissolution by cell division. We present a model which allows the calculation of the lipofuscin accumulation rate from measurements of its amount and of the cell cycle duration. In two human fibroblast strains, the accumulation rate correlates well with differences in oxidative stress/antioxidative defense as measured by intracellular peroxide generation, protein carbonyl content, telomere shortening rate and replicative life span. The lipofuscin content increases with replicative age in both cultures. The rather steep increase in presenescent fibroblasts is not solely due to a slowing down of the cell turnover, but is partially caused by an increased rate of lipofuscin formation/accumulation. This might indicate an increased level of oxidative stress in presenescent fibroblasts, or a decreased efficiency of proteolytic systems, or both. The results are in accordance with data demonstrating an adverse effect of lipofuscin accumulation on cellular protein turnover and suggest an active role for lipofuscin accumulation in cellular senescence.”
HOPE SPRINGS ETERNAL IN THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH !!!!! It depends on both lipofuscin’s (1) rate of formation by cell division as well as its (2) rate of dissolution by cell division.

What are the best ways to reverse liofuscin in my 58 obese female body?

Minimize omega 3 fatty acids and stress, and eat “on time” (Solar Nutrition) are good ways to start.
Generating extra carbon dioxide between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. helps create stem cells, otherwise cell division doubles lipofuscin along with everything else.

One of the few positive things about Monsanto is their decades-long all-out efforts to oppose the Necrotic Yellow Fat Disease caused by omega 3 fatty acids (ALA, DHA, EPA, etc.).
But wouldn’t you agree that doing it on the down-low is at least slightly immoral?
If cumulative lipofuscinosis didn’t exist, Monsanto would have lost billions of dollars, so not telling the public about what they’ve been doing (and are still doing) DOES make sense for their stockholders and stakeholders, right?
Monsanto was set to make trillions of dollars, but DuPont is now the leading edge in the stealth battle against Necrotic Yellow Fat Disease.

Why haven’t I taken an aspirin since 1958 (besides Bayer being part of I.G. Farben, the behemoth that bought Monsanto)?
Some of aspirin’s side effects that can be caused (incidence not known), according to the Mayo Clinic, are …
abdominal or stomach pain, cramping, or burning / black, tarry stools / bloody or cloudy urine / change in consciousness / chest pain or discomfort / confusion / constipation / convulsions, severe or continuing / dark urine / decreased frequency or amount of urine / diarrhea / difficult breathing / drowsiness / fainting / fast breathing / feeling that something terrible will happen / fever / general tiredness and weakness / greatly decreased frequency of urination or amount of urine / headache / heartburn / increased thirst / indigestion / irregular heartbeat / light-colored stools / loss of appetite / loss of consciousness / lower back or side pain / muscle cramping and weakness / muscle tremors / nausea or vomiting / nervousness / numbness or tingling in the hands, feet, or lips / panic / rapid, deep breathing / restlessness / seizures / skin rash / stomach cramps / swelling of the face, fingers, or lower legs / unusual bleeding or bruising / unusual tiredness or weakness / upper right abdominal or stomach / vomiting of blood or material that looks like coffee grounds / weakness or heaviness of the legs / weight gain / yellow eyes and skin.

Hi Atom, what does Mangosteen fruit give you?
and Vanilla?
May 24, 2023 @ 2:33 pm Atom
Mangosteen might reduce C-reactive protein (CRP), one cause of heart attacks.
REAL vanilla is a toothache remedy and a calming herb.
