The spleen is the Rodney Dangerfield of the body. It gets no respect.

According to Erisistratus of Alexandria, considered the founder of Anatomy in the Third Century, B.C., believed that the spleen was nothing but a counterbalance for the liver, so that the body wouldn’t bend to the right.

The more we learn about the spleen, the more important in becomes.

For example, the spleen is the boss of both the pancreas and the stomach.

When the spleen is removed, the pancreas can’t digest proteins, and the job gets passed on to the stomach.

That’s why excess protein will sometimes screw up a diabetic faster than excess sugar.

We can’t hibernate without a spleen.

Fortunately, 10 to 20 percent of the population have back-up spleens, and some of the remaining 80 percent can grow their spleen (or spleens) back.

According to Adano Ley (Swami Nitty-Gritty) …

“Diabetes is an excess positive charge from the pancreas, caused by an overstimulated spleen.

“The therapist should sedate this condition.

“Hypoglycemia is an excess negative charge from the pancreas, and it’s caused by an under-stimulated spleen.

“Stimulate this condition.

“The ‘shakes’ and the ‘DTs’ are caused by an excess neutral charge from the pancreas, caused by a wrongly polarized pancreas.

“Shuddering can be an early warning signal for hypoglycemia or diabetes.

“The positive to negative oscillation causes spasmodic action in the muscles analogous to the inter-metallic condensation that causes your car to go ‘chug, chug, chug’ in the morning.”

    Atom,
I’m so embarrassed to ask you this, and it’s not related to the spleen (at least I think so) but… it’s kind of urgent for me…
I’ve tried to do some Chinese tradition sex the other day trying to heal in that way… so I probably overstimulated my heart. And for 3 days it’s like electrical discharge, like electrical storm in my heart.
No pain, no fear, just feeling I’ve run marathon or I’ll have heart attack. Color is white with bit of yellow, like ivory. And I do yawning and streatching, today I’ll do aluminium foil, but is there something more to get rid of this?
    Thanks.

This is a general “cookbook” answer …

The gall bladder, large intestine, and kidneys are interconnected with the heart.

The kidneys are usually more involved with the heart’s electrical effects because they are sodium pumps.

Electrical irregularities in and around the heart are especially precipitated by emotional trauma.

Heartache, heart’s desire, etc., are some of the issues.

I’ve seen heart attacks backed down by yelling, shouting, and screaming, but there’s always the danger of overexertion, not a good idea except in emergencies.

Belching is especially beneficial for the heart, because a common (but under-reported) cause of heart attacks is an overinflated stomach.

(I recently wrote a blog entry about it on our Sun Sync Nutrition website … Medical Amnesia / A Dilated Stomach Can Cause a Heart Attack, Feb. 21, 2015.)

One meaning of a white, yellow, ivory combination can mean hesitancy to complete something, perhaps involving an ethical issue.

This is a general answer, so here’s hoping something in it will be of use to you. :)

        PS to Everyone …

Feel free to ask questions about any subject.

Questions don’t have to “stick to the subject,” and can be about anything at all. :)

    Thank you.

Aluminium foil seems to do the job and it could be “ethical issue” in the back of my mind. Should I do sexual healing if there’s no man in my life, because there is a difference and I know before it helped… when man was involved.

I’ve read The Tao of Sexology by dr Stephen T. Chang and everything started with this book.
But thank you for answers :)

Sexual healing of any kind is mostly helpful as long as it’s safe sex.

One example of safe sex is dancing the Lambada (with or without a partner).

Also, Gangnam Style (with or without a partner).

Also, Belly Dancing (with or without a partner).

I used to work off (and build up) my sexual energy by Sufi Dancing and other forms of free-form dancing.

Wilhelm Reich (1898-1957) and Alexander Lowen (1910-2008) are two of my favorite experts on sexuality and orgasm.

You can’t have genital sex (Second Chakra) without coming through the heart (Fourth Chakra), according to Swami Nitty-Gritty, so it’s best to make the most of sex physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. <3

    Hi Atom,
Wondering if eating non-organic almonds will cause more harm than good.
Almonds fumigated with propylene oxide (once use as racing fuel)
Are allowed 300 ppm residue. Would soaking or rinsing the almonds in water
Remove the residue to the point of not being a concern?

    • March 3, 2015 @ 12:52 am atom

Yes No Maybe. Propylene oxide is bad news. :(

Do whatever possible to obtain organic raw almonds.

I personally would probably still eat them after soaking for two or three days (pouring off the water at least once or twice a day), and definitely not drinking the water (like it’s usually better to do).

Pistachios are fumigated with propylene oxide too.

    Hi Atom,
I had Hypoglicemia in my teenager years, and after a long trip where I was alone most of the time, and eating mostly chocolates I was cured. I remember one of the day of the trip I bought a 1 meter toblerone and ate it all that day LOL

    • March 6, 2015 @ 3:41 pm atom

Toblerone was one of Vibrant Gal’s favorites too, while she was in Austria and Switzerland. :)

      • March 6, 2015 @ 6:00 pm lucy

        Yes,she has a good taste :) I was in Germany ;)
